I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an order that was marked as delivered but I never received. I contacted FedEx and Afterpay, and both directed me back to The Children’s Place for resolution, yet Children’s Place has been unwilling to help. I even requested a replacement instead of a refund to make things easier, but that was also refused. I’ve now been told to dispute this with my bank, while Afterpay insists the merchant must handle it, leaving me stuck with no solution and out hundreds of dollars.As a single mom, this situation has caused both financial strain and unnecessary stress. The lack of support and accountability from their customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I requested for this issue to be resolved promptly, either with a replacement order or a full refund but nothing has been done to help me.

I never got a package that was marked delivered in December 2025. I did all thr right things like filing a missing package inquiry with usps, called childrens place and they said they couldn't help me since the package was marked delivered. I even went ahead and called the credit card company they belong too and after veing transfered several times I got someone on the phone that reluctantly took my information and said it will take over 3 months for them to review the dispute and if I really wanted to take the time to enter that. I did amd finally got an answer on March 25th saying that they couldn't help me because the package was marked delivered. This is the first time I have ever dealt with anything like this especially after being a customer for so many years.i will definitely not be ordering anything from them online or using their credit card.

Childrens place is just the worst, dishonest, money scammers, that I feel the need to post again, about my horrid experiences, not only did they leave an expensive order, out in the rain, and damped and stunk out, my entire clothing order, and REFUSED a Refund, my kids Easter dresses were atrocious, and again couldn't get a refund, but the joke is, they use companies like Amazon and Walmart, that sell old stock dresses, snow boots etc yes from childrens place!, so your spending top dollar, shopping from their website, that now requires like 40 minimum, to get free shipping, when you could be buying it for a whole lot Less.

I was greeted and offered help by two wonderful associates: Salwa and Farhana. They were very kind,friendly professional. Gave me the bag to keep my stuff until I went to cash register. With such a good service I got a lots of cloth for my grandkids and I want to come back.

We recently moved and I forgot to change the address on the account and didn't see the delivery address until I placed my order. I immediately sent a message asking them to change the address. They responded with "we do not have the system capabilities to modify or cancel an order after it is placed. As soon as the order is confirmed, we begin the fulfillment process, and we are unable to make any changes. As a reminder, items can be returned or exchanged in any of our retail stores within 45 days from the date of purchase. Please visit our website for further details regarding the return policy. Kindly reach out to the carrier once the shipping email is received and have them forward it to the address that you mentioned. The order hadn't even been filled yet. I did contact USPS to try to reroute the package and they said it did not qualify so it got delivered to the old address. I have shopped here for 7 years buying a lot of clothes for my daughter. This will no longer be the first place I go to.

This place is trash. I don’t recommend anyone going there. Their return policy is not favorable to the customer at all. I gave my niece something for Christmas and it was too big and tried to return it, and they would not return it even though I purchased it with my credit card had the date the time and everything and they still would not return it because I didn’t have a physical receipt who really keeps 20 or 30 receipts for gifts they bought for Christmas no one and their customer service is terrible. The sales associate was rude and I don’t recommend anyone going to children’s place in Leeds, Alabama.

I had ordered 3 things as a birthday present and all 3 were too small. When I called the rep was not helpful at all. emailed them all I wanted was just to send this order back and reorder a size up. They said they didn't take returns on clearance items. That's fine but mark all the items non returnable and leave some that doesn't. When another rep emailed back she said I couldn't return the 2 items on clearance and the other item I could return but with a 6.99 shipping free. That's almost half of what I paid for the item. Poor customer service!

The economy is disgraceful people are being laid off and much more. This company have no remorse for their customers when it comes to late fees, no extension or anything. If your bill is due to the first of every month and you pay it on the 2nd or the 3rd of the month they slap you with late fee charge. The operators are no help and just keep repeating the same crap over and over without any solutions. Shame on this company
