3 years on chilipad.
3 years on chilipad.Overall -excellent product and still running great. Costs a lot less to run the chilipad instead of cranking the heat or A/C at night. Also found that scheduling the Dock for max heat when it's the time I'm supposed to wake up is great motivation to get out of bed!But, why is it that 1 12-pack of the cleaners costs more than 2 6-packs of cleaners or even 4 3-packs?!

I researched these a while back and was hesitant but....
I researched these a while back and wanted to pull the trigger but was hesitant without firsthand experience. A trusted friend who's also a hot sleeper has one and told me about it recently and had nothing but good things to say about it. That was good enough for me and I ordered one the same day. Set up was easy and after seeing it in person I can see that the maintenance I was concerned about is going to be a breeze. The only regret I have is not having gotten it back when I initially researched it months ago. I'm a notoriously hot sleeper and it works better than I imagined possible! I used to sleep with nothing but a sheet and even that felt clammy at times with the AC set at 72 to 74 degrees. Can't believe how much this has improved my sleep comfort. Thank you Sleepme!

Love love our chilipads
Love love our chilipads! My only complaint is the hoses on each have leaked over time and they aren’t easy (nor affordable) to replace. Service was great with a replacement unit when the fan got noisy but I didn’t try the warranty route after 4+ years of having them.

Customer service top-notch and product worth buying!
The customer service gal was so very helpful. She spent time with me understanding my needs and directing me in the direction of the correct products I needed for my unit. I love sleeping on the cool pad! Anyone who sleeps hot, has hot flashes or heat induced hives will LOVE this experience!
