Toddlers first shoes
Whilst our daughter made it very difficult, Sophie remained calm and was able to check her shoe size and to double check as our daughter was wriggling so much. Sophie was helpful and we came away with the shoes we wanted

Amazing customer service in Oldham
I visited Clark’s in Oldham to exchange my daughter’s shoes. We were served by Zak, who was absolutely wonderful! My daughter had tried on a number of shoes but wanted a particular one which didn’t fit correctly and she became visibly upset. Zak said she couldn’t see a child upset and found a way around this by adding different insoles until they fit perfectly. Customer service at its finest! Thank you Zak for making my daughter’s day. 😊

Fashion forward yet comfortable!
I had to get a pair of comfortable yet fashionable boots to wear with a specific dress to go to a BIG event -- I am making a speech at the Houses of Parliament quite soon and had fantastic help and suggestions from Masih at the downtown Cambridge store! He not only tracked down the right boots in the right size, which was a challenge since it was the end of a very busy sale and chaos reigned in the flurry of customers trying on and then discarding shoes all over the store on a Saturday afternoon! However, not only did he find me the correct boots in the correct size and helped me out with a shoehorn, he also recommended care products which will give a certain polished edge to the boots and protect against scuffing. Thanks so much!

Caitlin served us and was brilliant
Caitlin served us and was brilliant. I could tell immediately that she is used to working with children, she was great with my five year old. She is new but was spot on with her measurements and fitting, she got a colleague to double check and they agreed with her on everything.

Visited Clarks for a child’s school…
Visited Clarks for a child’s school shoe fitting today in Reading. We were served by Selorm who was very patient and kind throughout the process and helped us secure school shoes. Selorm made the whole process easy! Very grateful to have been with her today.
