Purchase a gun from them and not even 50 rounds into it the safety separated from gun and not working. When talked to them about it was told to fill warranty out and contact Rock Island. If I have to do all that for a new gun I purchased then I wanted a refund . For being sold a broken dangerous product and they said no.

Priced the same as shown on Wikiarms.com. Three different orders arrived within 3 days from purchase date. It appears they have a warehouse and don't drop ship. One Turkish gun made for Century Arms had several defects and ClassicFirearms.com customer service did respond somewhat slowly, but ultimately issued a full refund since the gun was not fired and returned promptly. Considering customer service from other online gun dealers, customer service was very responsive without much haggling.

Made the same old mistake tried to save a few dollars on Glock magazines only to hear nothing about item being shipped. 9 days later a email saying order delayed no reason no date of future shipping. I should have known by the other posts about classic firearms, i should have gone with a more familiar competent company and not had have to deal with this.

People, I have had the very same experience with Classic Firearms as the rest of the one star reviews. The service department, when you do reach them, simply lie or deflect. Their responses are as rude as their customer service. They do not have a refund system. I recommend not doing any business with them. For my part, I am filing complaints with my State AG, State Dept of Commerce, Federal Licensing Board, and ATF. I see them doing interstate commerce and any bond in my state should be pulled so their business here stops. Email allows me to hammer this! My opinion is that there are plenty of civil issues with them and possibly criminal investigations needed. Research Trust Pilot deeply and you will see their level of concern. This is a company that does not deserve your business. And to use one of their own comments " I am certainly not a good fit" with them, nor is anyone else.

Payment issues that they do not resolve or care to resolve. So far I am ending up paying for an item twice and no one will fix the issue. I would NEVER recommend a sketchy company like this.

Nasty person on line ,very poor customer service. 24 to 72 hrs shipping claim, 8 days still not shipped, credit card charged , no apology just nasty Jay's lip. Will NEVER spend my money with these people again. When I asked if it could be shipped overnight he got offensive ,talked to me like he was doing me a favor ,when I asked for a supervisor he said no, he wont talk to you and hung up. Bunch of Dumbasses.

I didn't read all of these trustpilot one star reviews until AFTER I ordered my item, a Beretta APX. This isthe first time I ever ordered from Classic. I of course felt apprehensive as I waited for delivery but had a gut feeling it would all be ok. I didn't have long to wait. The item was delivered to my FFL at lightspeed, in only 4 days. I wasnt planning on such quick delivery and hadnt scheduled a time for pickup so soon, so this review shouldve been written days ago. The item was packaged in its original factory plastic carrying case and was complete with everything, all the factory literature and spare parts, not really promised in Classic's online ad but included anyway. The APX is in great shape. Only some very minor holster wear and very minor scratches on the plastic handgrip.I haven't had a chance to range test it yet, but I paid a little extra for a lifetime guarantee from Classic and am not worried. Classic Firearms has been outstanding so far. I'm so pleased by their products and service that I'll be buying a backup for my item from Classic.I'd recommend Classic to any collector, sportsman, LEO or other operator without hesitation.Thank you Classic!

They are untrustworthy. Any company that sells faulty equipment and supports a 34 count rapist felon who's a proud NEO NAZI SIMP should NOT be in business. Get your gear from proud AMERICANS not Nazi sympathizers! Their guns are as poor quality as their morals!

Found their ads online - went to reviews to see if they were legit - tried to use THEIR question submission forms and found they make you jump through bunches of hoops to even ask something - which pretty much confirmed the bad reviews then there is the fact they have a 77% 1 star rating with a 15% 5 stars ( some of which are obviously bogus )not a gambler or willing to risk a grand to save $80

I was asking them to no longer use FEDEX as my shipper and they treated me like a moron. They just don't care about the customer, the rep was extremely rude. Buyer beware there are a lot of outer companys with great customer service.
