If I could, I would rate them in negative. They cancelled my flight because I did not respond to them in 3 hours, after they emailed me at 10:44 pm IST. When I called and talked to their team leader, Divyansh Tiwari, he said that they cancelled the airlines because the airlines did not confirm my ticket and again a few minutes later said they cancelled my flight because I did not respond in 3 hours. How do you expect people to respond to you within 3 hours in the middle of the night? You give 3 hours to passengers to respond but very conveniently need 12-24 hours to do anything from your end.

Clear trip Customer care in UAE is not operational for last 10 days . Indian customer care doesn’t have access to tickets booked from UAE. Those who booked flights UAE are completely missing support nowadays. Lost the trust

The worst booking platfor. I made a bus booking just 15 min before departure, operator was bluffing me with hoax locations (as they had sold my sea to someone else) untill bus was departed. On complaining about it to Cleartrip they were biased towards the operator and didn.t even paid heed to my plea and what all I had suffered clearly pathetic, operaor narration is gospel for them and customer grievance a trash.

Extremely unprofessional and stupid behavior after the airline cancelled flights due to war situations on my booking (Trip ID: 260222239402). Your customer service is completely unresponsive, either on call or email or on WhatsApp which makes the customer helpless. Calls are forever unavailable on all times and directed to WhatsApp where reply is received after 6-7 hours and you close the chat if we don’t respond within 2 minutes.The only response I am receiving from past 1 month now since flights were cancelled is that you are waiting for airline to respond. We paid to Cleartrip and not direct to airline and it is your sole responsibility to pay back the customer rather than waiting for airline. Will you wait like this hearing such lame excuses if the money was lost from your account?This is a serious breach of consumer trust, especially for residents of the United Arab Emirates, where such practices are unacceptable. Due to this situation now, I am pursuing full legal action through Consumer Protection to ensure accountability for these fraudulent actions and to protect other consumers from similar exploitation and make sure you pay for the losses.Trip id already mentioned above.You never contacted me for this case and all ways to contact you are closed.Waiting time on chat support is 2312 mins=38 hours. Dear Cleartrip Support Team,I am writing this email with extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my pending refund for a cancelled flight booked through your platform.I had booked a Dubai to Amritsar flight (Air India Express) for 10th March via your app. Due to the Iran–Israel situation and airport closure in the UAE, the flight was cancelled. At that time, your support team clearly assured me that if I cancel through Cleartrip, I will receive a full refund within 7 days without any deduction.However, today is 30th March 2026, and it has been more than 22 days, yet I have not received a single dirham of my refund.This is not just a delay — this is causing serious hardship for me.I am currently in Dubai with no financial support, as the money I had was used to book this ticket. Because of your delay:- I am struggling for basic survival (food, stay, daily needs)- I cannot arrange another ticket to go home for my wedding- I am under extreme mental stress and uncertaintyYou took payment instantly at the time of booking, but now you are failing to honor your own refund commitment.This is completely unacceptable.Below are my details:- Trip ID: 260226246217 - PNR Number: F8LEKQ I request you to:1. Process my full refund immediately2. Provide a clear update on the status3. Worse service !!!! Very poor service specially when it comes to refund and customer service or response. We don’t get any personalized response instead we get a generic response each time where the name is also not ours. Their policies are also so different from customer to customer, they provide a change of tickets to one person within the same price range as when cancelled but to us there was no such offer made and instead charged us double the price for the economy class. It is not fair. Apart from that there is no clear information as to how and when will we get the refund, where most of our co passengers who had bought tickets from other companies had even got their refunds back. It has been 25 days since our flight got cancelled and we have no idea as to when we will get the refund. They even have a feedback page which doesn’t let you submit your feedback. Would not recommend this platform to anyone.

Despite raising a cancellation and refund request well in advance, I have not received any proper response or update from your team.This lack of communication and support is extremely disappointing. Holding customer funds without providing timely resolution is unacceptable.This experience has been highly unprofessional and unethical, especially in the context of international travel, where timing and coordination are critical. The situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.I strongly urge your team to immediately process my refund or provide a clear and confirmed update on the status without further delay.Based on this experience, I am unable to recommend Cleartrip to others. Other platforms provide significantly better customer support and reliability.I am still awaiting my refund and a proper response.

Very disappointing experience. Cleartrip pricing feels misleading. The app shows one price, but the same booking is often available cheaper on other websites. The SBI Credit Card reward gift card offer feels like a scam—after applying it, the price only drops to what other sites were already charging. So there’s no real saving, just an illusion of discount. Offers should be transparent and genuinely beneficial.Not recommended at all.
