My ordered was received by the courier and whilst I was waiting for the parcel I received an email saying they had issued a refund. I complained to customer service asking them to send the products again at the same price but they told me both things were out of stock. Very disappointing. I won't be buying anything else from then and will use clarins instead

Ordered some foundation and a chubby stick for lips which were great. Was supposed to get 5 free mini gifts but only ended up receiving 2 which was quite disappointing, was offered no explanation for this.

Having not received my item for 10 days, Evri admits to losing my package. Clinique customer services want me to wait a further 5 days before they log it as missing and issue a refund / resend items. I contacted them again 3 days later and not only get rebuked by the customer service agent, they then admit it has been lost, no apology. Most disappointingly, they won't resend any of the items and they are now more expensive than when I bought them. (I bought on sale for good reason). No apology, no attempt to make right. I have been using Clinique products for 30 years but they clearly do not value their customers.

A second order in a row not delivered on time by Evri. Ordered in plenty of time for Mothers Day but it’s a no show. Having had the same experience before Christmas I will not order from Clinique until they change their courier. Also disappointed that practically impossible to find a Clinique email address to write to about this.

Why on earth have Clinique stopped producing the soap bars ? I’ve tried the replacement liquid soap which is very expensive and it’s no good.You should start listening to your customers as we’re buying your products.

You are a loyal customer and accrue rewards. Yet when you are due to get your birthday gift it is an out of stock item so never available. Why offer a free birthday gift as an incentive to reward customers and never provide it?

I have been shopping in Bracknell Fenwick store. every now and then however the staffs’ attitude in this store ALWAYS comes a cross rude and disrespectful. I have also told this to your staff today (17th February, Tuesday, around 12pm) as I had enough of the way I’m being treated as a costumer.This lady who is often there, was again unfriendly, a bit abrupt and rude. She makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a costumer by her negative energy and body language. I almost feel I’m not wanted to shop there. On numerous occasions I ended up going into Boots Clinique down the road instead or online to purchase.Today I chose a facial cleanser and was also looking to buy eye shadow. The eyeshadows did not have the testers on display so I gently open two of them to look at the shades as she was standing next to me. She could clearly see that I was doing nothing wrong other than opening the lid to look at. I did like a particular one and was thinking about purchasing. instead of trying to help me to make a decision, she instead told me off saying I wasn’t supposed to open them. How else I am supposed to pick one if I can’t see the shades of the pallet? She can clearly see I was not mistreating the product being very careful other than looking inside over the clear film of the shades.I have expressed my feelings to her that I am really made feel so uncomfortable shopping there every time I go. I purchased the facial cleanser only and left. I’m not sure why but I have similar experience every time visiting your counter in this location by the same staff member. I love Clinique products, despite going off trying other brands I always come home to Clinique been my staple skincare provider for over 20 years. My issue is their choice of courier...Evri. I feel as a customer, I can no longer order online directly from Clinique as it's a lottery if they get delivered. That means I lose out on offers and freebies as well as points that comes with ordering from them directly.I know that the Clinique/Evri partnership will be via a contract for an agreed period. I truly hope when that is up for renewal, Clinique send Evri packing and use a more reliable service. Cliniques reputation is being tarnished by Evri.

Good men’s products. The moisturisers are all good I like the blue one best. Under eye cream excellent. Face scrub and wash also highly recommended. Never had issues with this brand. Been using for many years now and will continue to.
