Item was defective
Ordered a bag mid January and it arrived defective with parts missing, reached out to customer support and waited so long to get a reply, upon finally getting a reply I was told that it was up to me to exchange the item, which I did and there are multiple delays with the exchange process. Im still waiting for the new item, overall the process has taken far too long and the experience sorting out the exchange regarding the defective item took so long and is still in process.

1. The boot's sizing is small; the leg area is very stiff when walking. It would be more ergonomic if it were softer. 2. Your return process is very long; it's been 3 weeks and the process hasn't even started yet (for the wallet). 3. I expected the leather quality of the products to be higher.

The bag is beautiful and huge; the website sucks!
The bag is very beautiful and huge especially for a petite girl! The only issue is the disgusting website. Extremely slow and confusing and it constantly needs reloading. The rest of the experience is fine but I had to really calm my nerves to handle reloading 7 times to barely make it in time to buy a gift for my wife. It was a blast from the past, as if their server was made in the early 2000's, Pentium IV or so with ADSL 1.
