Quality products & prompt delivery
Second time I have bought their products and always a prompt delivery. Lovely natural rubber yoga mat!Lovely natural materials feels great to use for yoga & Pilates and delivered quickly. Lovely company to deal with & great to support a small business.

I got a voucher to order products from this company, but since I am located outside of the UK it proved to be too much hassle as it was sent wrongly. Based on some other reviews I see that this was not a standalone experience, hence even though the products may be good and staff super nice and helpful, I am not planning to order more from this company.Also I was surprised how smelly the mat was. I mean I know it’s new, but none of my other mats smelled as unpleasantly as this one and I don’t think washing it it’s going to help.

Beautiful products, beautiful brand
I bought a beautiful high grip yoga mat from complete unity yoga and it’s fantastic. The grip is excellent, it looks lovely, components were sustainably sourced (always important to me) and the brand owners are lovely. I love shopping from small businesses and family owned businesses, so I was really pleased to find out that complete unity yoga is family run. I’m touched by them taking the time to reach out via email to thank me for my purchase and ask for any feedback. Upon giving my feedback they also took the time to thank me. I think such care towards customers and the tone used when interacting and advertising sets them apart from any old retailer.I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you for setting a lovely example and for making me feel valued as a customer beyond just a transaction.
