Never got my delivery. I placed an order and a month later the tracking still just says "shipped" with zero updates after that. I've sent the company two emails with no replies. They don't even list a phone number and there's no live chat option. Their customer service is terrible and they clearly aren't actually delivering orders. Don't waste your money here. This is basically theft.
My socks never arrived. When I asked about getting my money back, they sent me a gift card instead for most of what I paid, but they deducted the shipping cost from it. A gift card isn't what I wanted, I wanted an actual refund back to my debit card. On top of it all, I'd even paid extra for free returns at checkout.
