When I reached out about it, their customer service basically said too bad, return it within 30 days and that's that. No real effort to make things right or understand my frustration. On top of everything else, shipping took way longer than expected. Would not recommend shopping here. I'm checking out some other brands instead. Definitely be cautious if you're thinking about ordering from them.
Tried multiple times to get information about where my order is at in the shipping process. I've sent several emails but haven't gotten a single response back about the status. Really hoping the actual product turns out to be good quality since I've had such a rough time getting any answers about it.
