Calls drop plus internet doesn't want to connect

Calls drop, internet buffers. "Can not connect, check your internet connection " either on an app or internet browser. I've called several times over the past two days. Reps keep doing the same procedure and nothing improves. When my call drops with she service rep. there is no courtesy call back, so I have to start all over again, a different rep each time. I suppose the problem is bigger than they can handle. Service has gone down hill over the past year and half.

It would have been nice to know that…

It would have been nice to know that you don't ship on weekends. I needed the phone ASAP and paid for next day. Didn't know I'd have to wait 4 days.

SERVICE MATTERS

My HOA changed from one cable and internet provider to another - that did not have cell phone options. Could have kept with previous carrier but since not bundled the monthly cost would have been much higher. I called Consumer Cellular after doing some research online and had a most pleasing experience. It was on a weekend and the whole process of switching my phone over, keeping my original number and closing old account could not have been simpler. The rep walked through every step and even took care of the call with previous carrier to switch the number. The entire process was less than 30 minutes - including the optional survey which i was very happy to give high marks. Thank you, Consumer Cellular!

I signed up 2 months ago and as I previously wrote it has been a total disaster. My setup took over 6 hours. Now today I called since they did not give me the 2nd month free promotion and said a manager would have to correct the error and do it before my next payment is due which it isn't since this was to be my free month for signing up.

I had a difficult time activating the phone. I called customer service and was still unable to activate. Customer service rep hung up on the call. I then Looked up activation tips for Samsung phones on You Tube. After seven hours of effort I was finally able to get the phone to work.

My experience was great because it was seamless!

My experience was great because it was very easy to negotiate the website to make my choices! When I had questions I was able to speak to a representative immediately and he gave excellent customer service. The whole process was a success!!!

ACTUAL HUMAN INTERACTION!

A PERSON answered the phone on the second ring. She walked me through setting up service and then I accidentally ended the call. I called back and the next person was able to pick up where she left off

We are very happy with Consumer Cellular! Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. They helped every step of the way quickly and efficiently. Also, there is no wait time! We highly recommend them.

Abysmal service

I've had and championed CC for years until i upgraded this year? I have had this phone for months. Still not fully activated? Cant make our receiver calls or most texts. Paying over $100/ monthNobody can or will help

Upgrade Went Well

As before the upgrade process was great, new phone shipped promptly. The only issues encountered was with the Apple migration from phone to phone. But even that was better than starting over.When I need another replacement I'll user CC.
