Missing item in my delivery email sent to customer service and so far no acknowledgement of my correspondence.Very disappointing experience so far.

The service terrible
The service terrible, communication even worse. Order placed on April 1st with an estimated delivery 8th April still not here on the 13th. No response to my email chasing it up so had to call, kept on hold for over 10mins ( they charge you premium rate for the call to them) to be told it hadn’t even been picked yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY totally unreliable

Dissapointed with this company,I ordered a small dining set with 2 chairs via the Internet on the 6/4/26 admittedly it was bank Holiday Monday and I expected the goods to be dispatched the same week,I contacted them on the 9th to see if they was in the process of dispatching my goods ,I was told the goods were still in the warehouse, I advised them that we are going away on the 16th and they said they would expedite the order urgently.I phoned today as time was moving on and in 2 days time we will be away,I was told again that the order was still not picked and I am angry,I asked for my money back ,I paid via PayPal and they agreed to reimburse me.CONCLUSION what a shambolic company,the best thing to do is avoid like the plague.

I ordered a Blue zip up quilted jacket.The parcel arrived containing a set of 3 croc effect handbags.Awaiting reply to my Complaint.Reading some of these reviews I hope my problem doesn't end up costing me extra money for their mistake.

I ordered a kettle halegon fire that was adverised on television a couple of weeks ago, which came with 2 dents in the kettle and the boxes torn and damagedThis is the first time I have ordered with this company and was not happy

Coopers RIP off phone Charges !…
Premium rate phone line offered free delivery but it cost me £9-00 by my phone provider to place the order 🤬 buyer beware and the items arent the best !

Very poor light output - must have been a 'one-off'.
Very poor light output - better to use fireflies!! I phoned and a refund has been arranged. This must have been a 'one-off' problem because I have bought from C of S for over 30 years (both in store and on line) without any previous problem - a great company!!!!!
