Their customer service is terrible. I've got a faulty pillow that ripped open in the middle while sitting in my pillowcase, and getting any support has been awful. I've spent over a week emailing back and forth but haven't gotten anywhere because responses take forever. During this time the item sold out, so now I'm just trying to get my money back. Every email I send triggers an automatic response saying I'll hear from someone within three business days. It's maddening. I just want my refund and to stop dealing with this company entirely. I've decided to spend more elsewhere if needed. I'm doubtful my money will ever come back.
