My 10 year old daughter loves my Apple…

My 10 year old daughter loves my Apple Watch but I think exposure of internet and games is too much for young kids. Jrtack is not only very affordable but it’s safe and kids will love to call and check up with you. The coverage and calls don’t drop either.

Device works fine - Billing is Criminal

Device works fine, but very unethical billing practices. They autorenew the 2 year subscription (around $250) and canceling it was one of the most difficult and I believe criminal processes every. I had to fill out 2 webforms, and then go back and forth over 3 seperate emails "justifying" to them why I no longer needed the watch for my son before they were "gracious" enough to finally cancel my subscription. It was bad enough that I ended up canceling my credit card and getting a new number assigned as I didn't trust them to actually not charge my card again, and I knew getting a refund would have been impossible.

Best gift for kids

Best gift for kids, especially if you’re worried giving them a cell phone is too much. JrTrack doesn’t have internet or games so kids won’t be glued to their smart device. Great learning tool to use setting alarms and reminders, using the calculator or simply calling their parents to check in. Spotify for kids app is a major bonus.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Return request stuck “under review.”I bought two watches for my children. One is working, but the other is defective: it doesn’t charge at all, even after being plugged in for hours, and the battery drops instead of charging.I submitted a return request, but the status has remained “under review,” and I’ve received no response, no replacement, and no timeline. I would not recommend until their customer support and return process improve.

Find a Better Option

This watch is garbage. I purchased one for each of my two children, and both have been nothing but trouble. They constantly lose connection and require multiple resets just to function again. The tracking feature is especially bad and it fails to update more than 50% of the time. What’s the point of a tracking watch if the tracking doesn’t work?I tried reaching out to customer service, hoping for some help. Instead, I got a recorded message saying their employees were off for a holiday on 1/24. I’m not sure what holiday that’s supposed to be, but okay. I called again on 1/25 and received the same message. No live support, no help, nothing.I genuinely don’t understand how this product has so many positive reviews. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend steering clear. I’ll be taking full advantage of their 30-day return policy.

Service Never Worked, Refund Refused

I purchased a Kids Watch and service plan from Cosmo Technologies. The service has never functioned—there has been zero network usage since activation, making the paid service unusable.In addition, the watch itself was defective and broke in under two months of normal use, indicating poor build quality.Customer support is largely inaccessible, relying on AI with no clear path to a human. After extensive effort, I eventually spoke with a representative named Leo. I requested:A refund for the remaining 8 months of unused serviceA replacement for the defective watchBoth requests were denied. I also requested, at minimum, a refund for the unused service period, which was denied as well.I paid for a functioning device and active service, neither of which were provided.

This watch has been so useful for my little 4 year old brother. We walk to the park down the street and he’ll use the Spotify app or text our mom just to check it. It has GPS and dependable coverage.

Great starter watch for my daughter

Great starter watch for my daughter. We actually had to use the tracking feature a few times, just to make sure she was at the location she was supposed to be at. I would recommend this watch for kids under the age of 15.

This is a terrible product

This is a terrible product. Poor customer service and tech support, poor design and absolutely fraud in inducement.
