Ist time visit to Costco wanted to know what the hype was all about regarding the hotdogs. Placed order waited patiently to be called. The staff member turned around to hand me my food and she had a massive stream of saliva running down her chin past the mid point of her chest. I turned around and walked off minus the food.

The big- box shops are to be seen in the context of Antitrust depricing. Defense occurs not by enemy gov- ID and Marine/ Navy / Army / police foreign - created Racketeering terror ( I am why Annapolis is called Annapolis) but by decentralized civilian all- settings suicide pharma without monopoly Md / RX and constitutional humanitarian carry— Trump as a hostage prisoner misdiagnosed so as to false- arrest a non- gov Sitting President by illegal government black opponent using police badge and illegal Jd monopoly. So when we have Antitrust - problematic products, where wholesale exists bulk government purchasers and unenumerated university purchasers, so too exists a very pointed opportunity for the momentum of that Costco pricing to effect US - interests. In this case, Plant- based replacement of meat and dairy. I won the Nobel in Econ Sci such that the US ended and may be saved. Any contentious pricing ( family pack commercial restaurant sales packaging) needs to be vegan only. We need to see vegan cheese vegan meats rolled out by Costco. Beyond Meat, vegan pizzas, vegan yogurt, investment in defense- critical humanitarian animal cull and pain products trainings in farm and grocery, all settings animal and human for defense application. Costco and it’s kind need to be vegan only and pricing to create adoption for our plant- based earth goals. —vegan cheese and dairy cream, pressure formulation to taste exact in gourmet European producers — vegan meats, carving cut size, all meats and fish shellfish to be replaced and exact in taste raw and cookedThank you for your US- interest- assistance

Worst Valentine's Day 2026

"On Valentine's Day 2026, Costco completely ruined our evening. They were supposed to install a dishwasher, and instead, the contractor they hired walked in, took the empty box to his truck, left the actual dishwasher blocking our kitchen doorway, and walked off without saying a word. He then lied to Costco, claiming we were rude and that there were plumbing issues—but we had it all on camera.When we called the store to complain, the customer service rep refused to let us speak to a supervisor seven times and kept making excuses for the installer. When we finally got through, we were told there was 'nothing they could do because it was Valentine’s Day.' So, because of their poor hiring and complete lack of accountability, our romantic evening was ruined by a dishwasher sitting in our kitchen.This was the worst Valentine’s Day in our 29 years of marriage, and it was entirely due to Costco. Apparently, the customer is only right if they have video proof. Don’t trust this company—they hire poor help and don’t stand by their service."

I will NEVER use a Costco

I will NEVER use a Costco. During the pandemic they were the RUDEST company i have ever encountered. Yelling at people to put their mask up over their mouth! And not in a nice or considerate way!!! Their cashiers can be rude also…not a nice company at all..,i know my two cents doesn’t matter, but we have a large family and have all decided not to use and stay with our SAM’S. Have fun with one of the worst companies EVER. I will not tolerate RUDENESS WHEN spending my $$$

Costco does not honor warranty even when extended warranty was purchased.

I bought a Hisense 65" TV and the main HDMI port with eARC stopped transmitting sound and will no longer control my receiver. I called to submit for warranty and spent hours on the phone between Costco and Hisense only for them to refuse support. They will just come up with excuses to reject the warranty. They first told me to use an optical cable for the sound as the "fix." That is not a fix as it provides lower quality sound and does not actually fix anything. The HDMI port is still bad and does not work as it should. When I said that, they then rejected warranty because they said that they don't recommend the use of an audio receiver. What?? I have never heard something so ridiculous. That is precisely what a receiver is for and has no bearing on this TV or how it works or doesn't work. What a piece of crap company. I now have a $1000 piece of garbage in my living room. They also said that the built in speakers work so there is no reason for repair. Never mind that one of the ports no longer works. I will never again purchase anything of this brand or anything from Costco after learning how they are the hard way. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING OF THIS BRAND OR YOU, TOO, WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. And Costco will not stand behing their product. Costco doubles the manufacturer warranty and I also bought an extended warranty. But what good is that when they reject the needed repair? I wasted my money on the TV and the extended warranty. By the way, I searched forums and this loss of sound is way too common of any issue and Hisense is aware of it. I had already purchased the TV when finding this issue. What a garbage company with garbage employees. Their Rep was rude, I could hardly understand him, and he didn't know anything about audio/videos systems. Buyer beware! I expected better from Costco.

Costco Can't Count To Two?

I placed a nearly $400 TWO-DAY order. I timed it for what COSTCO will DENY is the allotted time. Why? Because my husband uses a walker and I had an appointment for a needle in my spine that prohibits me from lifting for 24 hours. I got a text at dinner time on YESTERDAY advising me my order would be delivered the day of my procedure. I quickly called and explained why I had to cancel and the man I spoke with Vee - assured me ON A RECORDED LINE that he was keeping me on HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES (approx.) and canceling and did cancel my order (I have a screenshot to prove this!) And guess what was delivered on my front porch FOR THE WORLD TO SEE AND/OR STEAL. I have the photos of the haphazard, broken-boxed order.

if possible i will give them -ve 5...in the app i see the oder but not able to print..in the costo.com it is literally saying not order in the given date range...and the custmer service takes 24 to 48 hours just to give me a printable invoice...

Good online shopping and fairly fast shipping, but needs order-edit window and lower free-shipping minimum

I like Costco overall, especially being able to buy so many things online in one place. Shipping is usually reasonably fast and reliable, though it’s typically counted in business days only.My biggest improvement request: Costco should allow customers to edit an order for a short window after purchase (change quantity, swap an item, fix details) before it’s packaged and shipped. A brief grace period would prevent needless cancellations and returns and would feel more modern.Also, some items I expect to find aren’t available online, which can be frustrating given how strong the rest of the selection is.Finally, the minimum order for free shipping should be lowered — dropping it from $75 to $50 or less would make online ordering more convenient and would likely increase repeat purchases for smaller carts.

I honestly love Costco!

I honestly love Costco. I am there at least every two weeks, if not every week. We buy at least half of our groceries there. There are some incredible deals, some not-so-incredible, but overall the membership is worth it. The employees are kind and hard-working, and everyone goes above and beyond.
