Excellent customer service and delivery
Bought wardrobe full price. It was then reduced. Mia at reception was very helpful she changed the order and gave us a refund for the difference, without changing delivery date. Delivery drivers Eduardas and Heenan were very helpful and brought heavy boxes upstairs for me.

Great delivery team
Our delivery team, Craig and Kelly were bright, friendly and efficient. They arrived on time with a warm greeting to me (and my granddaughter). Kelly sized up the position to place the bookcase while Craig removed all the packaging for us. Together they placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it. Finally they demonstrated how I should tailor the shelves and left with a wave. Good ambassadors for Cotswold.

Beautiful shop
We found exactly what we were looking for. The guy who we dealt with was lovely & courteous. Plus I bought the most beautiful cushions for my new furniture & they were reduced!

Bernard & Jason delivery guys
We had Bernard & Jason deliver our new unit to us. Both of them were very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. The were very attentive to ensure I was happy with the delivery and were happy to discuss any questions I had.The unit has some damage which they reported on my behalf to which I received an email about the same day.

Needed a Sofa and wasn’t prepared to…
Needed a Sofa and wasn’t prepared to wait 10 weeks, so stopped off at Stow on the Wold showroom.The lady showed me Express options, fabrics and gave me swatches to take away.Got home, decided what I wanted.Ordered the next day through the showroom as have to keep shops in our towns and they did give me a service.Booked for £49 the day and times slot I wanted.Booked £49 for the bed to be put together for me.Sofa and bed was delivered on time and the guys were brilliant. Everything was done as promised in a very professional way and with a sense of humour.Loved the sofa so much I ordered another one but a different size the next day.The only concern I had was although I gave my postcode I gave another postcode for easier access to my flat. This on both occasions was not given to the delivery guys, which would have made their lives parking a lot easier 👍
