The courier delayed my order multiple times, and when the nest of tables finally showed up, one of the tables had a nasty deep scratch on a leg right out of the box. The overall quality seemed mediocre to begin with, but a damaged piece like that shouldn't happen. After I complained and requested a return with refund, customer service dragged things out through multiple conversations, each time offering small partial refunds to get me to accept the damaged item. A week went by with no refund appearing, and only after I followed up did it finally go through. Not sure if there are financial difficulties behind the scenes, but I'd be cautious.
