I ordered a BongoRx device from…

I ordered a BongoRx device from cpapXchange noting the they have a "Risk-Free Trial or Money-Back Guarantee" and assuming that if the device did not work I would be able to return it. But, it turns out that they will not accept a return of this device if it has been opened. So how do you know it the device works if you can't open it?? Please read all the fine print before you buy from these guys

Terrible customer service- easier to buy from amazon

Terrible customer service! Telephone hold wait times are not accurate and excessive/ their chat feature is also slow and not properly handled-also long wait time/ return of unused opened headgear was not accepted and the unopened ones were being charged for a return- after finding out the size was wrong./ I was a loyal customer and they could care less - so I let them know I would use amazon next time! I kept the wrong sized items as it was easier than getting ripped from their poor return policy!

Allowed me freedom to find my mask!!!!

Terrible Customer Service & Zero…

Terrible Customer Service & Zero AccountabilityI needed CPAP supplies before going out of town and specifically chose CPAPX because they promised a delivery date that worked for my trip. To make sure it arrived on time, I even paid over $60 for their express shipping instead of using the free option.They were slow processing the order, didn’t get it to the shipping company on time, and the package ended up missing the critical delivery window. Thankfully I found a local store that had what I needed, but when I contacted CPAPX to cancel the order, they refused. Their solution was to “refuse the delivery,” and then they told me they would only refund the cost of the supplies — not the shipping I paid extra for because of their delay.They wouldn’t offer a discount, wouldn’t make it right, and wouldn’t take responsibility for the mistake. So now I’m stuck with supplies I don’t need, money I shouldn’t have had to spend, and a company that clearly doesn’t care about customer experience.There are way too many providers out there to deal with this kind of nonsense. Use ANYONE else.

Zero Stars, NONE

GARBAGE PRODUCT, HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered Luna CPAP Machine Used. It arrived yesterday. The duct where you power up with AC Adapter has no female receptable to insure 4 prong ac adapter so it does not work and obviously wasnt tested or they would have realized.I called to rectify this am. Supervisor Jennifer was rude, smug, arrogant and incapable of listening or problem solving. Instead she talked to me like stupid and hung up on me. This company is.just like their product and incapable supervisor Jennifer, straight garbage

CPAPXchange is not a reputable company

I ordered a Luminex at CPAPXchange online on July 4 & I received the item, opened to see it & I realized it’s not what I needed. I called & emailed & found out they won’t refund the item. I paid $179 & now I’m stuck with an item that’s not as descrived. This really doesn’t disinfect CPAP tubing. Their description of what it’s supposed to disinfect is erroneous. Now I’ve lost nearly $200! I recommend you not be deceived by this company & also be aware that they’re not reputable & will not refund your money!Alicia Williams

A company that sells used substandard…

A company that sells used substandard machines that failed after about six months. Tech support and warranty is a joke. You call and no one is available to troubleshoot the machine. They can't even send you instructions on how to troubleshoot it lol. Company is a joke!

Bought a CPAP mask seal

Bought a CPAP mask seal. Their site on Amazon said it was genuine F&P seal for F&P Eson mask. Seal would not snap onto my F&P mask. Either it is defective or they’re selling Chinese knockoffs. I sent CPAPXchange a message through their Amazon store and they haven’t responded.

I purchased a Bipap

I purchased a Bipap. Everything was great until they sent an email. The email said that the prescription was not correct. I called my doctor to let him know. The doctor sent the prescription with his NPI, License #, name, and address. He is a doctor with 20 years of experience and is very well-known in my community. They continue to say that the prescription is not written on a medical pad. The doctor sent me his file and it is a correct prescription with the information needed for them to process this order. They continue to prevent me from getting the machine because the prescription is not written on a medical pad. The format of the prescription has clear information. Now I'm on the phone waiting for the last 25 minutes. Very poor customer experience
