Hannah is an amazing customer care!
I had the best customer care name HANNAH, she is very helpful with our Cruise booking, she gave us ideas of what is the best for our trip, very knowleagable and she knows what she's doing. We love it that it's just a hassle free, we just share the dates and she arrange everything for us, the company won't regret hiring her, she needs a raise, hands down! ❤️

Hannah was very helpful
I booked a Royal Caribbean cruise. It was quite a bit cheaper than other comparable sites. No issues. It showed up in my RC account but it said it had a hold which will expire in less than 30 days. Strange. I opened up a chat on cruisedirect.com website and was lucky enough to get some very friendly and helpful service from Hannah. She contacted Royal and it was apparently just a bug on their end or something. It now shows it is booked and all is well. Thank you Hannah for the help.

I had a great experience with Cruise Direct thanks to Girlie and Joshua.Girlie helped me a lot with organising a group booking. She was quick, very helpful, and guided me through the whole process step by step, which made everything much easier and less stressful.Joshua also helped me a lot with the technical issues I faced multiple times. He was patient and always made sure the problems were sorted out properly.Overall, really good service from both of them.
