I placed an order for the Cult Beauty The Skindulgent Edit box and Mario Badescu Drying Lotion, and importantly, I used my £15 voucher for this purchase.Later, customer service (if it can even be called that) told me that the beauty box would not be sent because they had not checked availability and only realized afterward that it was out of stock.I thought, okay — mistakes happen — so I asked them to return my £15 voucher so I could order something else.Instead, I received this reply:“We apologise for the issue unfortunately we are unable to offer more than this.”So not only did they fail to check stock in advance, they also kept my £15 voucher and offered a 15% discount instead, which is absolutely not the same thing.Because of their own mistake, I lost my voucher. I honestly feel disappointed, misled, and disrespected as a customer.After this experience, I’m very unlikely to order from Cult Beauty again. One lost customer may not matter to them, but I still wanted to share my experience so others are aware.Kind regards,Maryna Kepp

Terrible received a £50 order of glow…
Terrible received a £50 order of glow recipe it was let outside in the rain, so the boxes are damaged, I got in touch with them they offered me a £12 refund, not acceptable, will never shop with them again
