Omg I panicked when I read my order receipt and it said SHIPPING TO NEW JERSEY! I immediately reached out with yje assumption that my problem wouldnt be seen or acknowledged in time but I was happily surprised and relieved when Donna not only replied almost instantly to my email but also fixed the issue immediately without any hassle or complication. Best customer service!
I had an issue with not receiving 2 refunded gift cards after returning an item that was not the right size. I contacted Customer Service and Donna was so helpful and sorted the situation so quickly. Donna was super friendly and I was so impressed with her help and speedy solution! Thanks Donna :)
