Replacement strap
I ordered a mask in the process of moving into a new apartment. When I got around to using it, I could not find the straps for one reason or another. I contacted customer service, they always responded promptly, and ultimately shipped me a new strap free of charge. This is a level of customer service that stands out!

Hair growth and customer service superb!
My boyfriend bought me the LED light therapy helmet after a medical condition left me with significant hair loss. I received it in October 2025 and I have seen noticeable growth to both the length and density of my hair. I also take Hairburst advanced vitamins so it's hard to say which has had the most impact. Recently,I noticed cracks appearing in the plastic behind both ears of the helmet so my boyfriend reached out to Currentbody for assistance. They were absolutely brilliant. They responded within 24 hours with a resolution. We started an return/exchange procedure on their website and was email over a qr code to return via our local post office free of charge. Within hours of dropping off the package they had emailed us to let us know our new helmet had been shipped and it was delivered promptly by FedEx the next morning. Superb customer service! My only wish is that the helmet had a third 'medium' size. The small was obviously not generous enough and the large is very roomy for me so an in-between would've been perfect.
