Does not ship pre-builts to APO/FPO addresses.
They say they ship to APO/FPO addresses.Once you go through the process to place your order, you'll get an error saying they do not ship Pre-Built PCs to APO/FPO addresses.Turned me into a iBUYPOWER customer.

Faulty GPU installed in PC
The PC that was sent to us doesn't work. I gave three stars because you agreed to take it back and fix it which is nice but these kinds of problems shouldn't be leaving quality control in the first place. We spend a lot of money on these products and getting sent one that has a faulty GPU feels really bad and makes me concerned about the rest of the PC. The only reason I haven't fully refunded it is because the PC I bought from you 10 years ago is still alive and well. I gave you three stars because of your commitment to fixing it without any extra charges.

The systems are always high…
The systems are always high performance. This is my fourth system from cyberpowerpc. My first is 14 years old and still running. I keep it around to backup data. I bought a system from another company once and it died ages ago. I'm sticking with CyberpowerPC, even though there are many competitors these days.

My PC arrived sooner than anticipated…
My PC arrived sooner than anticipated and looks stunning. The packaging kept everything safe and undamaged, though the glass panel had a couple of scratches. Customer service was excellent—the replacement claim was simple and hassle-free.
