I write this review because some years ago I bought an IQ2 and after around 4 years it had a power related issue, I contacted the aftersale support and they after some verification and proof videos, they shipped me a replacement device (directly form EU, delivered in 1 week). Overall I am extremelly satisfied, great device and great aftersale support

Don't buy from this company. It's a scam. They will say they delivered it, but that's not true. And they won't give your money back or replace it. Scam.

Had an issue with an IQC unit. Thought i would make use of the extended warranty. The unit would not charge and would not turn on.Customer service is unapologetically slow, taking weeks to reply about my warranty repair request.When they eventually replied they blamed me for them taking so long, saying my case had been pushed to the back of the queue because I had replied to the automated email acknowledging my repair request. I simply added information about my case.I sent the information they asked for but it took another week for them to respond, then another 6 days till I heard from them again.They keep asking me for different videos of the unit being cleaned with Iso alcohol. I have sent 4 different videos and feel like i am being given the run around. Feel like i am being treated like a fool.Please avoid this company. Much better products from other top brands with better specification, support and reliability.

I'm on here b/c Davinci will not post an "unflattering" review. I tried twice and even wrote to ask why my reviews were not posted. no response! $300+ spent on vape and accessories! Once you get a vape its yours it cannot be returned even if not use! Before I purchased, I looked at many reviews and everyone gave it a thumbs up, so I decided to get one. I'm a "boomer". I wanted to get the best as I came back to cannabis after 40 years away from it! FYI: I have a POTV Lobo and Xmax that both work fabulously! but I had to get a "better" one!? Stupid me, I have a 2 working vapes that actually work produce tons of vapor, and I get "blitz" as well. But I couldn't leave it be! I now have a very expensive hand warmer! The IQ3 heats up, there is air flow but after 10 attempts I finally got a bit of vapor and a slight buzz! I wasted so much premium flower, so I suggest you practice with cheap discount herb and maybe you'll figure it out. I started reading reviews from other sights and sadly the IQ3 to produce any effect at all "everything" has to be just right for this thing to function, the right kind of herb, the right packing, the correct grind, the right heat in other words if every single thing is not right it will not do what every other vape does? So, if you're planning to purchase do your research, I thought I did but no then I found this forum to vent! In closing let me say that using a vape shouldn't be so hard you shouldn't have to practically be an engineer to make this thing work? So, if you're new to vaping like I was check out POTV and save yourself the anxiety and get something that works! The Davinci is so over engineered, too much to do to get it to work!

John HindsNot only is this a great, easy to use vaporizer, but when the DaVinci company guarantees it, they mean it. Seven years ago I bought a DaVinci IQ. Two years ago the positive electrode broke off. Davinci repaired it for free. This spring, same thing happened again. This time Davinci didn't repair it. They replaced it. For free. Great to do business with a company that has integrity.

Maybe I shouldn't complain. I do have a working iq3, my main complaint is the app does not work correctly! Do not use the web app! My IQ 3 shows 48 hours of use with not a single drawer on it! When you connect to the web app it automatically starts the heating cycle when it was boxed! Nice fire hazard, I guess I don't have to worry about a burn off! Open several tickets with DaVinci, and called several times and you get a recording we can't get to the phone right now because we're working on new and exciting products, maybe they should concentrate on fixing and perfecting the ones they already have! I have one brand new in the box since November of 24 and haven't heard back it's now June 2025! The Android app is more functional it allows you to set up device and initiate the heating cycle, mine shows I have a gunmetal finish when the unit is onyx (black)! It's frustrating and dishharting when you spend over $300.00 + American dollars and go in on the ecosystem! Come on DaVinci Vaporizer please invest in a Software/developer engineers and a quality control specialists! P.s please use lude when U F__k your paying Customers 🤔

I was gifted an IQ3 vaporizer. It has never worked properly. The first attempt at using it, there were two flashing error messages. Every subequent attempt to use it and set the temp myself has resulted in the machine not acually vaporizing anything and more error messages. The IQ3 also turns itself off as soon as 2.5 minutes after turnning it on. Every attempt to use it has resulted in the machine turning itself off. This is my third DaVinci and omg to spend $300+ on something that has been defective from the first moment you use it is awful. The company MUST be aware of these issues and I am also not getting responses from DaVinci after having written numerous emails to the company. The Miqro-C has the same issue of not heating your whatnot to temperature. I thought the small oven size was the issue, but clearly it is the DaVinci oven heating mechanism that often says it is functioning but nothing gets toasted. I loved my IQC ($200) but the little tamp on the door to the oven broke off. You cannot use the vape without the tamper on the oven door due to airflow issues, and DaVinci STOPPED MAKING replacement parts for the IQC. The person who bought it for me reached out several times to DaVinci directly and even opened a ticket for a defective product. It has been weeks and DaVinci refuses to respond. I really hope my credit card company comes through and refunds my purchase. Like a fool, I bought replacement batteries, mouthpieces, and some accessories. It's very easy to overspend on a bunch of stuff that, despite claiming there is a warranty, there really isn't if you cannot get the company to take back defective product. UPDATE: DaVinci was suddenly responsive to my credit card company after I opened a dispute for a defective product. DaVinci got them to shut down the dispute because DaVinci shipped me an untested replacement with the exact same issue. They did not give tracking info or a hard shipping dispatch date, which was not very professional. It could have been lost in the mail leaving me with no recourse. It took over a week to arrive upon “notification”. I immediately notified DaVinci of the defective replacement and returned it the day it was received. They eventually issued a refund on my credit card after they received the second defective product I did not ask for. From the beginning of asking for a refund until a refund was issued on my credit card it was nearly THREE MONTHS. Extra, extra caution with this company unless you can afford to have $300 tied up for that length of time. It would have been quicker for the credit card company to issue a refund had DaVinci not thwarted the efforts by lying/technically telling the truth that “we sent the customer a replacement product”, but that product was as defective as the first one they sent me.

IQC stopped working after a month or 2. Customer service is non existent. Besides that there are much better products out there for less money.
