Don't even think about ordering from this company. It's a total scam. They'll claim the package was delivered when it never actually was. And good luck getting a refund or replacement. You'll get neither.

Total trash. My pearl and gasket both broke, and the company won't give me a refund or take any responsibility whatsoever.

I'm writing this because DaVinci won't allow my negative review to show up on their site. Tried submitting twice and even reached out asking why they weren't posted. Got nothing back. I've spent over three hundred dollars on their vape and extra gear. Here's the thing about their products: once you buy it, that's it. No returns even if you don't use it. Before buying, I checked a bunch of reviews and saw all positive comments, so I thought why not. I'm older and wanted something quality since I was getting back into cannabis after decades. I actually own a POTV Lobo and Xmax that work incredibly well. But nope, I had to have the fancy one anyway. Now I'm stuck with an expensive paperweight. The IQ3 heats up fine and the airflow seems okay, but after like ten tries I barely got any vapor and felt basically nothing. Wasted tons of good flower on this. My advice is practice with cheap stuff first to figure out how to use it. I started digging into reviews on other sites and learned that the IQ3 needs everything to be absolutely perfect to work correctly. The herb type, how you pack it, the grind size, the temperature setting. Basically every little thing has to be exactly right.

Seriously wish I'd done more research before spending money here. This place is basically designed to take your cash and give you nothing in return. I've got an order sitting in limbo with zero updates. I've reached out to them several times and received absolutely nothing back. This is ridiculous.

Do yourself a favor and don't purchase anything from these people. I've owned my vape for around two years when the battery suddenly stopped charging. There's a five year warranty on it. Bought brand new batteries and still nothing. Left multiple voice messages and sent tons of emails to their support team. Haven't heard back from them once.

This is a scam company. Never received my order. They tell you they use a third party shipper so the tracking numbers provided don't actually work. Been trying to contact their support team multiple times through different methods and nobody's responding. Don't give them your money.

Wasn't getting responses about my order status. Looked like my purchase was missing. Update: Turns out those emails landed in my spam folder. Check yours there too if you contact them. Once I realized that, they resent my order and it got here. Really appreciate it DaVinci.

Got a DaVinci Miqro about five years back and was really happy with it. Decided it was time for an upgrade so I ordered another one in April of last year. Nothing but problems since day one. Had it about a month before I sent it back for repairs. They said it was fixed when they returned it. A month passes and weird stuff starts happening. Won't charge and acts like the battery is dead when it isn't. DaVinci asked me to send videos twice and made me feel like they thought I was lying. Then it started making clicking sounds so I pushed for a replacement. I got one. Worked great for about a month then died completely. I just gave up at that point. The warranty only offers another replacement which I don't want. These cost a hundred bucks and they're junk. Skip the Miqro. Their support is absolutely terrible.

Never could get any real help from the company since they close customer accounts. The people running DaVinci are shameless. They put out excuses for why their stuff doesn't work but refuse to stand behind anything. Claims say ten year warranty but they clearly don't mean it. Don't believe them and don't buy their products.

Had a small issue with the Miqro once so I shipped it back on a Thursday afternoon. Received it back the following Saturday completely repaired and functioning like it should. Whenever I reach out they respond fast and actually help. Called their team a few times and same excellent service. Outstanding people and outstanding gear. Really appreciate you DaVinci.
