I ordered a pair of shoes, and just the time of processing the order was way to long (took like a week). Then they sent me an email that they had already sent my order, but that was the only information i received (not even when the delivery is scheduled, what the package number is, etc). More than a week later, i missed the delivery because i didnt know when it would arrive (because dc shoes didnt give me that information or any updates about my order). The deliveryman left a note that said he tried to deliver my package but he couldnt and that they would only try two times until they would send the package back (after those two tries, they would store the package in a depot for a week max.) I tried contacting the delivery company, but for that i needed the package number, which dc shoes didnt give me. I contacted dc shoes 3 seperate times, and all of them were answered by an ai-bot, which claimed, dc would review my request and send me the information ASAP. That did infact not happen. Gladly, the package got delivered the next working-day. The shoes are pretty cool and have a nice design, but i would probably never order from dc shoes again. Their costumer service, etc, sucks.

Fraud & Scam , first they send me wrong size shoe, and now they are asking to pay shipping charges for return the item and they are refunding me half of my paid amount..

I really like DC shoes products first and foremost. What I didn't like is their affiliation with a scam company called "The Digital Wallet" after making a purchase on the DC website on the confirmation screen there was a block of text saying if I followed the link I could download a game of my choice and when I reached a goal, I would get a refund of 75$ from my show purchase.No where was there annotation, footnotes, a disclaimer, or anything indicating this was from a 3rd party.When I contacted DC they claimed it wasn't on their website, but on the payment website I used, that was a lie though. As when you use the payment website after you make your selections and set everything up, you are returned to the DC website where this "offer" was located.The DC rep insisted on calling me a liar in a roundabout way and tried to gaslight me regarding who I should contact.All in all, highly disappointed in DC Shoes for first allowing this on theory website and then passing the buck and refusing to acknowledge the shady practice being allowed to operate on their website.

I have used the DCshoes online store twice and both times their service has been atrocious. The last one took them 17 days to reply to my complaint. Want to know where your parcel is after you order it? good luck with that. What a horrible and unprofessional company, never again

This company will not stand behind their products or assist in ANY way with any issues you may have. I purchased a lot of DC snow gear a few years back so these items were extremely expensive. DC's customer service will come up with any excuse not to help you out.

Having ordered some shoes for my daughter thinking would get here in a few days took a few weeks in the end the UK site is not the UK it's in France so stating UK website is a con , customer service is none existing just general email not from anyone just ai based in my opinion don't use the website just go on Amazon don't waste your time and money thank god it got here in the end but lots of hassle to order. I would not recommend DC shoes website 0 out of 10 for shipping and delivery information and customer service support is totally fake never buying anything from the site again

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Order still hasn't arrived and still showing as 'preparing for delivery'- I.e. not even dispatched after 2 weeks'. Customer service flippant esponse email: "you'll be thrilled to know that we're doing our best to get your order ready for dispatch'. This company is an absolute joke and im starting to think it's a big scam. Stay away.

the worst customer experience i have ever had with any online shopping experience (forcing me to write my first ever customer review), i had made an order for 2 pieces of clothing ( Mind you its £350 + ) on the 31st of January 2026 and it was expected to arrive on the 3rd of February which was great, so the the first piece arrived on the expected date which was great, and i was informed that if you order multiple stuff they might come separately which was fine of course, no big deal . then i waited and waited . zero contact from the brand at all as whats going on , no email for tracking the shipping, nothing. Just complete Silence. which of course irritated me because i was planning on going to snowboard lessons. so on the 6th of February I take it in my hands and call the customer support where i waited for 10mins only to be ignored, so i said the last resort was to of course email them . which i did, explaining my situation and asking for updates as to whats going on, and no response again. and so i waited thinking that they are very busy which i do understand but come on thats to long. So i decided to call them once again on the 11th of Febraury where i was luckily connected to a customer support lady, and once again explaining my situation, where she told me that its on the way and rest assured (I still didnt get any tracking number for my shipment), however i asked for a refund for the second piece of clothing that has yet to arrive to this date of writing this review, i was told you could get a full refund on the second piece of clothing but since its in transit which you must wait until it arrives so you could send it back. so just to be clear i have to go out of my way to print a " free return label " and package it , and make sure its secure then walk to the post office and return it. which sounds ludicrous as i have yet to even receive the package, meaning as this pace with how they treat their paying customers with this much neglect, I will wait even longer for the refund, where it will also get delayed most likely and get it by mid of march if i am lucky.

Awful customer service, you can’t do an exchange, and it cost £9 to do a return, £3.95 postage and £5 processing fee,and then they expect you to reorder!

Bought a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago on my 14 yr old Granddaughter behalf, she saved her pocket money to buy them, they sent an order confirmation and we are still waiting for dispatch never mind delivery! Have emailed 3 times with no response, and called twice, but call gets dropped after you have been on hold with them for 15 mins, absolutely impossible to get hold of them, veey disappointed Granddaughter, would not recommend at all!
