Who ships perfume in an envelope? It has obviously arrived damaged. Box and packing broke and perfume leaking. No one wants to reply? Awful company.

Enough is Enough clearly despite the continued influx of complaints regarding the absence of customer service at Debenhams it's time for further action!! You have to watch out for Debenhams wensite I ordered on 19 January 26 . Didn’t receive my order didn’t receive tracking payment came out. Lost 22£ . Face face wash. And Debenhams are saying I did not order but have receipt from my bank so obviously there’s a scam going on somewhere with Debenhams because I lost my money didn’t receive the goods reached out to my bank we have the receipt and I’m still waiting for a refund from Debenhams but Debenhams so I didn’t purchase stuff but I’ve got a receipt so it’s not making sense so there scam website. For so be careful because I wouldn’t order from there anymore.

Everything re making my online orderwas great & so easy to do, BUT unfortunately delivery definitely wasnt ....was delivered v.late & had just been left at my front door in full view to anyone passing re why its 4 & not 5 stars 🙁

Can’t speak to anyone returns are terrible, i ordered four items they came separately, I returned the first two and when I wanted to return the other two they say my refund has been processed, I explained that was for the first two items and I’m still trying to get my refund for the other two items , absolutely terrible

Ordered a pair of shoes and they are a week late with no help from customer service besides being told basically deal with it they will get there when they get there . Dont waste your time and money with debenams I wish I read all the reviews before ordering.- still currently waiting for the shoes.

Ordered items in nov 25, they were “delivered” when I was not at home, got home and couldn’t see the delivery. Checked all the usual places, not there, I contact Debenhams to let them know this, the contact form doesn’t work, so I find and email and WhatsApp, the email comes back with the usual “we are busier than normal bla bla bla “ the WhatsApp I spoke to a real person who sent me another link to use, that didn’t work. I tried to message and text th same WhatsApp number no response, each time I email I get the same we are busier than normal message, I then get the same advice to try this link. I send screenshots showing that the link shows an error each time, every few weeks I send a message stating I have no products and no refund, the response email still says “ Our Customer Service team will respond to your email as quickly as possible between the hours of 7am - 10pm UK time, 7 days per week.Due to high volumes, it may take up to 4 days to receive a reply, however we will aim to response as quickly as possible. Need us urgently” I escalate this with my bank they refund me but Debenhams find the time to respond to the bank with “evidence” of a delivery. It shows the parcel in the drivers hand, not where he left it, not me recieving it, and their “signature” is a screen shot of the drivers map on my road, not my signature in any form. This they call “compelling evidence” that the parcel was delivered. The bank say they are taking back to money and I have to appeal, I still send Debenhams emails every couple weeks the last response said “your order is protected with Debenhams (excuse me while I belly laugh) Lost, stolen, or damage package headaches become a thing of the past. Our customer service team tackles the problem with care” but still no resolution, no items and no refund, this has been since November, I would advise that you do not buy from Debenhams unless on a credit card for the extra protection, and not at all if you do not need to, the stress over the past three months, the time wasted go back and fourth, the lack of being able to speak to a real person although I have requested this many times and having spent £150 with nothing to show for it is just shocking
