No Order & No Refund - Scam Artists
Did not receive my order, after calling the actual restaurant it was delivered through, he advised they had been calling me (a complete lie) and had left it at reception (which was closed and no food lying about). Deliveroo’s customer service is disgraceful and they have refused to refund me as the restaurant advised them it was”successfully delivered” absolute shower of scam artists and I will never use Deliveroo again! Wish I’d read the reviews first!

When I order at night this app shows my that some restaurant is open but at the In reality the restaurantis close, when I order it keep shifting my delivery time for more than 2 hours, and the big issue that when I tried to cancel my order it will prevent me from that, and the customer service nit helping at all and not saying the truth, i asked them for than one hour to cancel the order and the keep playing around not to cancel the order.

Missing items and no compensation £37 down
6 items in my order were missing and Deliveroo would not refund or get the items sent - basically saying they had reviewed my case and the couldn’t offer either. Basically accused me of lying about the missing items. Will never use this service again

Terrible customer service
Ordered from Deliveroo was 30 minutes late and a can of pop missing,the bag it came in didn’t have a receipt and because I explained this and questioned how do I take a picof a missing can of pop they decided not to refund me,I will use just eat next time.

Hi As late supper we decided to order a treat from McDonald. I have to say what a big mistake the food WAS absolutely cold. The delivery came in a milk crate without an oven or hot plate or hot bag an absolute awful experience Done by someone who clearly didn’t care. My wife and I felt £21.00 for chips and burgers was excessive but for cold food There is little or no chance of getting any redress on this poor service and satisfaction NEVER AGAIN DELIVEROO.

Priority Delivery is a lie
Always a foreign driver who doesn’t speak English, rude or does not bother read a satnav so never finds my address and rings me up for directions. Also, don’t bother waste your money with priory delivery, they take even longer to arrive.

This is the worst platform to order…
This is the worst platform to order food. Never use it. We placed an order and asked in the notes to the restaurant to simply not put sesame seeds in the items. All the items arrived with seeds. Deliveroo refused to refund me, they gave me 20euros credit out of a 90 euros order. And then sent me a message saying they won’t answer me anymore.

Awful service food stone cold
Received message my order was on it's way, then got another saying driver was picking up another order on the way to me. Half hour later my food arrived stone cold only to be told by the driver "no it's not it's been in a bag". Last time I use Deliveroo.Traders need to be made aware what a poor service this is, as ultimately it is them who will be losing business
