Product is damaged and i have to return it and wait for a refund and order a new one. The product is supposed to be brand new so a replacement to the door is expected so i can hand the old one and receive the new one. Disappointed!

I have sent my coffee machine to the delonghi repair centre. I sent it on the 9th March and recieved it on the 10th March. They did not start work on it until the 1st of April. It was completed and I paid via a link on the 2nd of April. I appreciate it was the bank holiday weekend but it is now the 10th of april no change on their tracking system if you phone you speak to a call centre in spain. Its not their fault they cannot do anything. There is no contact for the uk and the email they sent updates on is a no reply account. There is no way to make a complaint. Appalling customer service, generally, I am very easily pleased. I have used this service twice previously and they have turned it around in a week. I will not be using this service again and i am.unable to recommend it. After almost 5 weeks I am still waiting for my coffee machine!!

I purchased the La Specialista Opera (EC9555.M) directly from the De'Longhi website, expecting a premium experience. Instead, I am dealing with what feels like an absolute scam.My order arrived, but the Coffee HomeKit that was supposed to be included (the knock box and cups) was completely missing from the delivery.I first called their support line on the 26th of March to report the issue. The agent promised the missing items would be dispatched and that I'd receive a confirmation email "soon." A week went by with absolutely no communication. I followed up with a formal, direct email demanding a resolution. It has now been well over another week, and I have been completely ghosted, save for an automated reply slapping me with Ticket #7619141.Once De'Longhi takes your money, their customer care ceases to exist. You should not have to beg a massive company to actually send you the items you rightfully paid for.If you are going to buy a De'Longhi machine, do not buy it directly from them. Buy it from a reputable third-party retailer who actually honors their sales and has a functioning customer service department. Fix this, De'Longhi.

My Espresso machine Delongi Magnifica is after two months dead.Contact coolblue and got a service number.Day later mail from Delongi home service telling me a mecanicien will visit me soon. If I please meanwhile will rattle the machine ones and a while. This baffles me. Makes me wander if it works like that how often do I have to exept that the rest of garantie time left ? Koffie anyone ? Go rattle the machine on tour.

Bought a magnifica s smart coffee machine,£430, two years ago, have had issues with it since the first week, scale light on constantly, breaks down frequently, drip tray fills all the time and floods my worktop, blockages all the time!I sent it back and had it serviced, the scale light came on as soon as I switched it on and the drip tray issue has continued and now its leaking from the inside and I can't use it!I contacted delonghi and they couldn't care less, the attitude of their customer service rep is unprofessional and insincere.

I ordered three bags of coffee beans, and the ordering process was very smooth. However, I later received different invoices for the order, and when the shipment arrived, only one bag was delivered. I was then informed by email that the other two bags had to be returned to the store and that I would be updated later. It has now been three weeks, and I have still not received any further information. I would say this delay for a coffee order is quite long and disappointing.

I ordered a toaster online from De’Longhi and I was surprised at the price. I got a good deal ordering direct from them and my toaster was delivered just a few days after ordering. Excellent service.
