Arrived damaged so now I'm stuck returning it and waiting for a refund before ordering again. A brand new item should come without defects, so getting a replacement part shipped with a return label would've been the right way to handle it. Pretty frustrated with how this went.

Had a terrible experience with the repair center. I shipped my machine there on March 9th and it arrived on March 10th. They didn't begin repairs until April 1st. Work finished April 2nd when I paid through a link they sent. Even with the bank holiday, it's now April 10th and the tracking hasn't budged. When you call, you reach a call center in Spain who can't help. There's no UK contact number and the email address for updates doesn't accept replies. No way to lodge a formal complaint either. Previously I've used them twice and got my machine back in a week, so this is shocking. I won't use them again and can't recommend them. After almost 5 weeks I still don't have my machine back.

This is awful. The machine doesn't work properly and after two weeks of having it I still can't get anyone from customer support to respond and help me.

Very unsatisfied with this product. I got this Delonghi as a present, yet the same model popped up on another site for $600. Making that initial cup of coffee took well over an hour and a half. After checking the video guide, I learned you're supposed to clean the machine every 5 or 6 uses because there are coffee grounds all through the inside of it, which is frankly unacceptable. Attempted to make coffee the following day and it just stopped working. Cannot suggest this product to others.

Getting that first cup took forever, nearly 2 hours. I watched the instruction videos and they mention needing to clean the machine after every 5 or 6 coffees due to grounds scattered throughout the interior, which seems excessive. The next morning when I tried to brew another cup, nothing happened. Can't recommend this machine to anyone.

Not satisfied with this machine at all. Got it as a gift but saw similar models selling for around $600 elsewhere. Took over 2 hours just to get my first cup of coffee working. According to the instructions, you have to do a cleaning cycle every 5 or 6 cups because coffee grounds get everywhere inside the machine, which is ridiculous. Tried making coffee the next day and it wouldn't work. Definitely would not suggest this to anyone.

DISAPPOINTING REPAIR TURNAROUND AND POOR PRODUCT QUALITY. My coffee machine has been at the service center for close to three weeks now. When I call for updates, customer support just tells me to be patient without giving any real timeline. Every call gets the same response: check back next week. The customer service is awful, and the product quality is just as bad. This same machine has failed three times in just one year. For what you pay, you should get much better reliability. Look elsewhere and save yourself the frustration!

Update: DeLonghi eventually resolved the issue, though I'm lowering my rating because of the hassle. They did send the correct machine with expedited shipping as a gesture of goodwill, so I'm giving them 4 stars. The machine works nicely so far. Originally, I placed an order for the Elleta Explore model after confirming it with an email. The website initially showed 1-3 day delivery, but then suddenly switched to standard shipping and the listing changed to out of stock. I got worried. A few days later, they canceled my order without explanation. A friend had suggested this brand as reliable, but after seeing all the complaints online, I'm actually relieved the order fell through. This company needs to look at how they handle customer orders.

Amazing warranty coverage and support team! Purchased my Delonghi Magnifica about a year back. When it began making awful grinding sounds and stopped working, I phoned their support. A courier came the very next day, and the machine was back in my hands within a week, fully repaired and cleaned at no cost under the two-year warranty. Couldn't ask for better service.
