Recent DeMellier Purchase
I’ve had a really great experience with DeMellier. The midi New York handbag I purchased feels incredibly well made The leather is beautiful, the structure holds its shape, and the design is stylish. It’s one of those bags that elevates an outfit but still feels practical for everyday use.What impressed me just as much was the customer service. Tajneen was quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their products. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would definitely recommend DeMellier to anyone looking for a high-quality bag.

Great Bag
I have two bags from the company and both are well made. I recently received the Midi Stockholm. It is a good size and holds everything I need including wallet, phone charger, small notebook, small pouch, sunglasses. I would prefer that the top handles have just an inch or two more of a drop, but I love the look of the bag.

I received the most beautiful bag today and I am so happy with my purchase! I first learned about the brand when I saw Kate Middleton carrying one of their beautiful handbags and have been obsessed with the brand ever since. But apart from the fact that they make beautiful handmade handbags the customer service is beyond exceptional. Also, it is not just some random person that answers the phone it is someone who knows their products and is also very accommodating and can quickly provide support. They are highly responsive to phone calls and emails and in a world where that level of Customer service has pretty much disappeared it is just such a luxurious surprise to find it at DeMellier! I’m already ready to purchase another one!!

Beautiful Bag - Great Service
Not only is this bag beautifully crafted, it is so elegant that I love to carry it every day. The customer service was so efficient. They informed me of when the item shipped and addressed the custom fees. The bag came in a nice box with dust bag. The bag is comparable or better than some of the more expensive bags that I no longer carry.

The hardwares is not scratch resistant
The hardwares is not scratch resistant, I just unboxed my purse and used it for the first time for a nice a nice event. By the time I got home , the main hardware on the flap closure is all scratched up badly. I’m really really sad , I spent a good amount of money on this bag but I’m so disappointed on the quality. I really like the size and the design of this purse. Now I'm upset because I don’t know if the comps will do anything, probably won’t let me return it or exchange it. I spent almost $600 on this bag😟😟😟

Run away! Don’t order
If you are planning to buy . Just No . Very poor customer service when it comes to refund process . I received a damaged bag and yet it took almost a month th just foe them to refund . They keep promising that this and that . I have to follow up plenty of times just to do the freakin refund!!!! About the bag . The bag looks soooooo cheap . I ordered the hudson bag by the way . Like the handle feels so cheap.Only good thing about this brand . The shipping. Like I received my order the next day.
