Never received order

Never received order. It was "Delievered" on the weekend but when i noticed i never got it, i went to their customer service who then stated "Our services are not delivered on the weekend, so its impossible for you to have it anyways" they told me to wait 3 buisness days to report it "Missing" which i did. Then they stated i must wait EVEN longer for the post office to see where it went and what happened, then they will "Decide" what to do. Even tho they took my money, i have no product. I waited 9 days from the day of purchase for it to be "Delivered" to now it being day 14, with no resolution. Still no package. So if you order and your package never shows up, don't expect them to do anything but keep your money.

Disappointed

My experience with DiamondCBD was consistently disappointing from start to finish, and it highlighted several structural issues at the company that feel far more serious than a simple delayed order. The problems I encountered point toward a pattern of misrepresentation, poor coordination between departments, and a general lack of professionalism in how they communicate with customers.One of the most concerning issues was the way their shipping labels appear to autocomplete before the company has actually prepared or shipped the product. This creates the impression that an order is in transit when it is not. In my case, I was repeatedly told that my order had already been shipped and was on the way. Those statements were not true, and the tracking information remained stagnant the entire time. It became clear that the company either has deeply flawed logistics or is comfortable providing inaccurate updates to customers.Another problem is their approach to transparency. Important customer service information is not clearly provided in their public policies on their website. Instead, they only reveal specific details about operations or communication expectations when responding to negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. This creates an environment where vital information is hidden until someone complains, and it makes the company feel evasive rather than helpful.DiamondCBD also refunded my order entirely, which should have closed the situation, but then unprofessionally shipped the product nine days later anyway. This alone indicates that there is almost no internal coordination. If a company issues a refund and then proceeds to ship the same order after more than a week, it reveals major gaps between customer service, fulfillment, and shipping. It left me with the impression that nobody at DiamondCBD truly knows what the other departments are doing, or that their systems are completely disorganized.When the product finally arrived, it did not justify the hassle. The cannabis was extremely dry, very small in size, and only slightly above average after I rehydrated it myself. For a company that advertises premium quality, the product quality did not stand out and certainly did not compensate for the chaotic process that preceded it.Lastly, their attempt at explaining themselves on the BBB website did not match the reality of the situation. In my original message to them, I clearly stated that I understood I was messaging outside of business hours. However, I had also contacted them on multiple occasions via Customer Service and Email during proper business hours. Their clarification selectively framed the interaction in a way that did not reflect the full context, which further weakened their credibility.

DO NOT TRUST

DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT PURCHASE!! You have been officially warned. This website sells "boooof" products. The vapes are a joke and the gummies are disgusting. Very poor quality customer service. I recently placed an order. Order number # #2665317. I opened one disposable vape and wasn't impressed at all. I had an additional two other disposable vapes I had ordered. However, die to the lack of quality, I mailed them back unopened. I never received a refund. It has been a month since the initial return process. Still no refund. I went to UPS directly and made sure to have the unopened products sent back. DO NOT BUY! Diamond CBD is selling junk products and charging people whether they open and use the product or not. They will not honor their own return policy. I met the conditions they asked for. Shame on them for burning the consumers!(If you are looking for a better, more dependable brand, to with FLYING MONKEY! Their products have been the best so far that I have experienced. But the search is forever on going. Fly high!!)

Screwed up order and can care less

So I thought I had ordered 2 7g bags for a total of a half one for my wife and one for me, well what I get sent was 2 3.5g bags of overdried nasty squished in shipping bud (because they packed it in a bag not a box along with the cones being squished) so I email them to figure it out and they just keep saying oh it’s all your fault you don’t like the nasty dry product and my fault I only got 7gs? Like if that’s the case there shouldn’t have been misinformation then and made sure on checkout it tells you it will be fulfilled with 2 3.5g bags so I would’ve known that I wasn’t getting what I put in the cart as I put them in the cart the highlighted it and added 2 7g bags well I thought I did!! Not too mention they are charging $100 a q?!?!! Which is absolutely ridiculous and rip off for this low quality bud!!! Simply Mary and hello Mary and he’ll even THCA king have provided me with crazy high quality at levers averaging 30%+ but diamond cbd set me a gift card and coupon so why not try it out? Well I should’ve never tried it ever waste of money and time!!! I want my refund they are refusing and I’ll be disputing the charges as all of their bud went into trash cuz I couldn’t return open bags (which both were opened to try and see if pack number 2 was less crunchy and gross) but it wasn’t so this has been a terrible experience and I have gotten better customer service threw street level dealers!!!!!! Get your customer service on point and fix your site to stop misleading people!!!!

I've ordered from them a second time as the product was outstanding so I went and ordered again the only problem I had was out of their control it was the shipping company that lost the first package so I gave the guy Dustin a heads up, he worked with me,I finally got my package other than that id recommend the company

Im extremely conflicted

I cant express enough how happy i WAS with the quality of my purchase. Seriously the BEST ive found online.Im extremely conflicted....here comes the bad I orders 3oz, received in all 3.5gram bags. So far, 1/7 weighed 3.5g. All others are anywhere from .3 to 1g short. 24 bags, all short. We're talking a possible 12-24grams missing. Thats almost 1/3 of my entire order. Sad...seriously the best ive bought so farI also paid the expedited shipping. (Day 1) My cousin ordered but chose not use expedited (day 2). Received it, smoked it all, ordered again, Received it, smoked it all, and my package still came 2 days laterIm waiting for a response from their staff, but im fired up. Dont know what my bank can do, Guess im checking everything i buy now, forever. Thanks for that "diamond" cbdId be happy to edit this if im given a reasonabe answer. Although idk how you plan to justify stealing from 24bagsUpdate, every single bag is short. I ruined the seals and weighed each one. Every single one. Great deals! I’m reviewing 250 mg CBD pain relief cream that was a free gift added to my order. This cream is lightweight and has a mild mint smell. It’s for athletes who get aches/pain and sore muscles. I got relief from very sore leg muscles after working in the garden. Thank you Diamond for safe reliable products.

The Good, the Bad, and the Fugly

TLDR: Shady company. Make sure you know exactly how their discounts and coupons work before you buy anything. Ask questions. Stay away from house/loose (non-packaged, no-name generic) brands. Take it easy with their products. Fast shipping. Order correct. Good customer service over phone. Better, inexpensive companies on the web.I ordered for the first time from this site because they had a 25 dollar gift certificate promo for signing up. That was legit. Pros: 1) Fast and honest customer service. I had my questions answered and there really wasn't a long wait time at all.2) Package arrived fast.3) The product worked for my pain and the onset was quick.4) The price with sale and gift cert was a lot less than what I would pay for what I actually got in my local botany shop. Cons:1) Shipping was not covered with the gift certificate. They should just call it a gift coupon or something which would still be good. 2) Advertising is misleading so be careful. Example: They were advertising a 50 percent coupon off everything. Certain things were BOGO or discounted already. They will not take the coupon for items already on sale, which is fine, but should be clearly stated. Another example is at checkout I received a pop-up for a good offer plus free shipping. There is a button that says "add to order." They make it seem as if it's one order and if you purchase this extra item, shipping will be free. The CSR told me it's actually a separate order and the original order would remain the same. I'm glad I called to clarify.3) The tabs were their house brand. I dosed less than my usual amount and thank goodness I did! Effects were far from what was expected. This is more of a regular kr@t0m extract but it's advertised as pure $even0H. It definitely was a k-heavy blend, not pure. That's not what I paid for minus the 25 dollar discount I like pain relief and I'm experienced enough to know that it's not supposed to feel that way at that dose. I was blind sided. 4) Worst tasting berry flavored tabs I've ever had! The instructions on the store say to take with water. Why are they flavored (like Strawberry Shortcake took cough medicine and it gave her the runs) if they're not sublingual? I used it sublingual and the taste, texture, and the way it dissolved screamed kr@70m extract.Conclusion: My neighbor got cheated out of his gift certificate because we share an address. When he tried to change it to his dad's, it still didn't let him use it and said expired. He said nevermind the hassle. I won't be buying from this suspect company again. I'll keep my tabs for last resort.

Great company, great products

I love the products and selection at Diamond CBD. Orders always ship very quickly. Anytime I have had an issue and contacted Customer Service they resolve my problem appropriately without any hassles. It is so easy to order and to work with this company if ever there is a problem. I love that they offer quite a few sales throughout the year.
