I think the customer service is great and the fact that they will fix issues. I do not think that they have the best quality glasses. Whoever is making them needs help. I ordered my first transitions and they were not transitioning (they had lines and areas where it was not working). I called and they responded and sent new one. I have the new ones and all of the film is peeling from around the edges within a 6 month period. I have a love hate relationship. I love the style but the quality is not best.

I have been a DIFF customer since they came out and you could only limited styles. I was obsessed with my blank and white Dime sunglasses. The glasses were well constructed with thicker materials but still light and comfy for wearing. I was impressed by the price point and the charitable nature of giving reading glasses to people in need. That was over 10 years ago, and I still have the DIME glasses and they're still as cute as ever. Since then I've probably ordered 30+ pairs of sunglasses and prescription eyeglasses through DIFF. The quality is always perfection and in the off chance there is an issue their customer service is outstanding and walks you through replacement or remedies very quickly. The sales are fantastic. So many styles and colors to choose from. I've gotten so many compliments on my unique eyeglasses - and they even stand behind their product, if your eyeglasses don't work for you, you can return within a 14 day window so there is very little risk in shopping with them directly online. Overall I've had a fantastic experience with the Diff products and customer service and I recommend it to anyone that will listen!!

I couldn't believe how adorable the sunglasses I purchased were and for such an amazing price!?! It was like hitting the jack pot, everything I wanted plus the selections are endless! I'm obsessed with my Tahoe Rose Gold Mirrored Sunglasses, the fit is exactly how I like and all honesty I almost didn't reach out to exchange my 1st pair bc I felt I'd have a bunch of excuses why I couldn't get them exchanged but Nope!! The exchange went as smooth as the ordering. Now I have the Sunglasses I truly want for an a steal plus fit is fab. Should I go on?? I mean come on... so adorable and makes me feel some sorta sexy! 💋

I have a dilemma with them my husband bought me two glasses for my birthday and one of them is crooked it and they don’t want to change them. They want me to fix it I try and they are still crooked it. I use to buy from them every summer I’m very disappointed 😔

This company has sales on, all for 3 weeks running, choka emails. My cart was buy 2 get 3 free. So I had 5 in there. $247 checkout said. Next day, WHEN I HAD SAVED THE 247, IT SAID$400!!!!!! And my heart was so set on these sunnies, I bought them. Way overpriced for non designer sunnies. And HUGE price skyrocket!!!! It over priced my each items, AND THE TOTAL. claimed free shipping, yet charged me $29 for shipping!!!!!! Very very unhappy with this company. P.s they refunded me $29au. For shipping, but the price change was dramatic ---& disgusting. Let's see how quality of the items goes..... 😞 😡😡😡

Absolutely horrible customer service. They shipped half of my first order but told me that they shipped it complete. Offered a store credit rather than giving me my money back, and after a month of going back and forth with them, I decided to take it. I just received my second order and SURPRISE! I was short shipped again. I provided all of the documentation, even the packing list that shows only one of the two sunglasses was included in the box, and they are still saying that the order shipped complete and there’s nothing they can do. What a horrible company to support.
