You pay fifteen hundred dollars just to submit invoices, but then they reject everything you try to submit with zero explanation for why. I get invoices from tons of companies and not a single one gets accepted. Why won't they tell you anything? I've only had four transactions totaling two hundred fifty dollars, even though I've spent over seven hundred thousand dollars with vendors in recent years. I linked my business credit cards and uploaded statements but nothing improves. These people need to be reported. The whole thing is infuriating and I get no help from customer service whatsoever.
The website is absolutely terrible. I can log in but updating my company profile is impossible. The DUNS lookup feature confuses me with options for my company versus other companies, then nothing works. When I try to update my profile, there's an identity verification screen that won't accept my address information - the street field just turns red with no error message. I called their phone number and the representative hung up when he figured out I wasn't making a purchase. Eventually I reached someone who actually helped, but instead of verifying me right then, he created a ticket and said someone would call back in over 10 days. Why make customers wait that long for a verification that could happen immediately?
Terrible company. Had them run a credit report on my business and I lost a major contract because of it. They said my company would fail within a year - do they have a crystal ball or something? When I asked how they got that information, they said credit checks and public records. But my revenue has grown for three straight years, my credit is solid, and their own report shows that. Still they trashed my company reputation and refuse to fix it, just saying their team of analysts looked at it and won't change anything. I've been trying for two months to get this resolved and all I hear is we're looking into it or we'll call you back. Now I'm pursuing legal action for lost income.
Horrible company to work with. I have a Duns account with a secure password, but they've demanded I take photos of my driver's license and a selfie and send them over. That's not even the worst part - they then want me to log into my bank account through their site and give them my actual login credentials, which they pass to a third party for verification. It's completely unacceptable and their customer service is equally bad. Stay away from this company.
Needed to get a DUNS number to create developer accounts with Apple and Google, but after registration I started getting unwanted spam emails. Even though I tried unsubscribing multiple times, the emails keep coming.
They really push their Concierge Service hard, but once you pay for it, you barely hear from them. They also claim they'll boost your ratings, but that promise never comes through.
