Docusign is worst

Docusign is worst. Tried to send 2 important agreements and client could not put in info. This was done with the help of techical support on a zoom call. Asked for a refund and they said no

This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam. You can't send a document to multiple users supposedly unless you're up in the third tier of purchasing. I had to do this and after about 4 hours with the AI and a human in a chatbox realized that I had been tricked by business. It doesn't matter what tier you buy, you cannot do this. This is very bad news for my non-profit.

Absolute dog crap.

Absolute dog crap.I paid to activate my service, it would mot let me use it. I paid again (thinking maybe the payment didn’t go through) it still did not work. I asked to be issued a refund, they refused to issue it. They are now attempting to charge my account DAILY for a service that I have double paid for and I’m unable to use. Absolute dog sh*t.

completely fraud

completely fraud. I cancelled my plans two times and they subscribed me automatically again to charge my card. I blocked my credit card.

We have for weeks tried to get with our account manager who is basically ignoring us. When he answers the phone, he is clueless and not helpful at all. Would never renew this service going forward

TERRIBLE - honestly, so hard to even create an account, then once you do, it's impossible to cancel it. They say it's free, but will charge without your consent.

Not living up to promises

After having a DocuSign subscription for 1.5 months, we still cannot use it in the way that was promised to us by our account manager, Jan Testers. Every time we are told that “we're working on it.” In addition, we sometimes have to wait up to 7 days for a response, whereas before we became a customer we would receive a reply within one day. Overall, we are very disappointed with the way this has been handled, and we hope we will be able to start using the service in the promised way as soon as possible.

Docusign International Use

Docusign claims to be usable internationally. Now using only cell phone verification to open a document and many international numbers are blocked including the Philippines. Even my Globe number. Businesses cannot use Docusign for customers like me.

What A Shame

The idea of DocuSign is amazing. It makes paperwork quick and easy.I am all for making money and I understand they need to make money somehow, but I should not be asked to buy a product before I even login to the website. I cannot stand being pestered to buy things. I actually spend more money on the products that rarely ask just because they rarely ask. Also, I am not a person who has a company, so I have no use to get a monthly account for something like this. Know your audience.
