Do not value loyal customers
Have ordered from domino's for years, never ever complain despite there being reason to do so over the many orders. The last couple of times the food has been sub standard, especially for the price, so decided to contact them in hope to be valued as a loyal customer but was fobbed off with some half hearted short response about they will pass on information to the manager, was not even offered anything at all for low quality food. I think they are a disgrace and just from this experience alone I will not be using them again.

Pizza overpriced but for convenience…
Pizza overpriced but for convenience ok. The absolute worst thing about dominos is continuous promo txt and emails even when you unsubscribe which is why I don't use app. Sadly just had a pizza last night and already getting spam promo even though I didn't check any boxes communication boxes.

Great pizzas but the crust can be more thin. Taste can also be improved. Overall, satisfied by the food and services

Burnt pizza - panmuirfield village in Broughty ferry
When you place an order, apparently passes “quality control” and you receive 2 burnt pizzas and only told they are having issues with oven and won’t send replacements.

RIPPED OFF
ordered a 12 inch Hiwian Pizza and Chips for delivery, it cost me £29.99, it arrived with no chips, if I had collected the Pizza from Dominies it would have cist me£15.30. That's the first and last time I will be using Dominoes

Dismal Delivery
Ordered a pizza which arrived completely demolished and all over the lid. No care was taken. The delivery man never even spoke to me. Not sure he understood me. I complained to Dominos and they haven’t even bothered to reply. Obviously don’t care about there customers.

I’ve just come off the phone with our local Domino's Pizza in Mickleover, Derby, after already raising a separate issue via email.We order from you every Friday—usually two large pizzas—so we’re regular, loyal customers. This week we only wanted one large pepperoni, with pepperoni on just half. A pretty standard request, or so we thought.We were told bluntly that this is “not something you do anymore,” and the tone of the call was dismissive and unhelpful. No effort to offer an alternative or resolve it—just a flat no.For a brand that relies on repeat custom, this was really disappointing.Unfortunately, that’ll be the last time we order from you. We’ll be taking our business to Papa John's instead

Dominoes Hilton
I’ve ordered from Dominoes Hilton a few times and the service has always been great. The last time we ordered ( 3 weeks ago) we had a problem, but the store resolved it immediately. We reordered today and 100 percent quality and speediness.
