Horrible experience tonight. We ordered two pizzas through the app, one specifically without cheese because of an allergy. We checked multiple times before submitting to make sure the cheese was removed. The pizza arrives and it's covered in cheese. I call the store, speak to someone, they look at my order, say sorry, and promise to remake it in 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later I call back asking where it is. Now they're claiming they never spoke to me and saying they can't remake it because their system shows it with cheese, so 'that's what I ordered.' When I ask them to check with the coworker I spoke to, they just give me the run around and say they can't help. They also tell me nobody else has complained about this kind of thing, which doesn't actually address my problem at all. It's pretty clear they're checking with each other about who messed up but nobody's owning it.
