The company that's supposed to deliver…
The company that's supposed to deliver it told me it was dropped off in my front yard. I live in an apartment complex now. No one looked in my billing address or they would have discovered it had changed on the credit card.

Good product, bad automatic reorder policy
I am satisfied with your product and delivery was timely. However, the order process was NOT customer-friendly. First, I did not need additional product when the second order was submitted, and the fact that I was given only a 30-minute time period in which to cancel the order was not feasible give that the order was automatically submitted at 3:00 AM.
