You can’t buy what they don’t have!
Do not have the stock so have cancelled the order. Offer no kind of help through their live chat and still have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Useless company.

Absolute nightmare—Avoid if you require reliability or have accessibility needs
I am an autistic customer and Dunelm has been messing about with my blind order and fittings since November 2025. Today was supposed to be the 3rd attempt to fix this, yet once again, they failed. Their communication is appalling. I emailed yesterday asking for two specific confirmations: 1) Is the fitting going ahead? and 2) Will the fitter collect the blinds from the Greenwich store? The same staff member who originally promised this would be "straightforward" in November didn’t even bother to read my email properly, replying with a generic "Yes it's confirmed." Because they didn't actually check if the blinds had arrived, I received a call from the fitter today informing me the appointment was cancelled again. As an autistic person, I do not regulate the same way others do; these constant disappointments and the total lack of clear, accurate information have caused me immense distress and dysregulation. To make matters worse, they still use DHL, who are terrible. I previously had to travel to a depot myself just to collect a damaged blind! Dunelm has shown a complete lack of care and zero regard for the "reasonable adjustments" a disabled customer requires. This experience has been a nightmare. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
