Easy ordering and what a beautiful framed clear and crisp photo I recieved. Very nice quality work. The product is solidly made. Shop no further. These people know what they are doing.

The "free" print is NOT free
I had a voucher for a free 11" x 14" print. I called the customer service department to complete the order. As I was being assisted, I saw that if I paid for the item, the shipping charge would be $9.99, but if I received for free the same item, the shipping charge would be $12.99. Since the item is exactly the same, this means that I would actually pay $3 for the "fee" item. As a returning customer (I purchased prints in three different occasions), I was extremely annoyed because I felt that the "free offer" was false. When I asked the customer service person to reduce my charge to the regular $9.99 (as it should have been), she refused. I declined to get the item and I sent an email to a customer service rep to discuss the issue. She never returned my message. I am not planning to buy any other item from Easy Canvas Prints.I will make sure to leave a negative review on your firm because I did not appreciate having to pay $3 for a "free item". It is not for the $3, but for the principle of it. I am very unhappy and unwilling to buy again from you in the future.

It was a gift that was supposed to be…
It was a gift that was supposed to be delivered on March 27th, 2026. I got confirmation that it was however, my family said they did not get the pictures. I have no contact number to call to speak with someone at your company.

Poor quality, support is extremely slow
Ordered metal prints to sell at an event, and when it gets here, the quality of the prints are lower than the images I gave: blurry especially up close. This means that I cannot sell these prints, and I reached out for support 3 weeks ago, yet their staff has been slow to respond and there is no resolution still. I would not go back to them

Vacation photos with iphone
We typically send a phone photo in from a vacation and have it put on canvas. We've have like 10-12 around the house. Quick easy,, the value is what I love. I'm not an art expert, but they work for me.

Easy to select images and choose a…
Easy to select images and choose a frame and preview it. I wish they had a few more frame options. I ordered the premium laminate coating for my canvases. They look great. The only complaint is that the large one 36 x 24 has canvas too loosely stapled down. There is a “wave” near the bottom where the wood frame underneath shows. So it is less than professional looking. I heard this from other reviews but was just hoping it would not happen to me.
