Computer says No...

I was promised a £25 voucher if I booked a holiday with them. I booked the holiday and received an email confirming the voucher. On return from holiday they did not give me the voucher. I complained and their response was, 'not sure what's happened, but go and contact the company that we use to issue the vouchers and sort it out with them'.Their useless AI robots will respond to this message by apologising and then asking for me to send in my details so they can look into this matter for me. I have done this on three occasions, and they don't look into it.

Nothing went to right with it!

Nothing went to right with it!I enquired about a fear of flying course for a friend, and was told I would have to book a flight for her first, even though I your call centre employee that I had he’s d if easyjet courses for this costing £89.

Hiding the employee name badge !!!

Terrible and humiliating experience on 7/4/26, around 4pm, at Schipol.Amsterdam EASYJET bag drop off counter. A senior woman member of staff, while apparently training a younger member of staff, refused to accept my legal status documents, issued by the UK Government. She refused to identy herself and hid her name badge. She insisted that I give her a live demo of logging on the government website to prove my right to travel. Which would have been impossible if said website was down for any reason, which made her idea and actions really stupid and time wasting. Her supetvisor Noah was not helpful and he claimed that the staff member had the right to hide her name badge. Although humiliating and time wasting, I gave them the live demo as luckily the website worked. They both seemed rather uneducated regarding the law, not helpful at all and chose to treat me with suspicion and humiliation. Not a single apology. Then the senior lady had her revenge when she asked me to make my luggage 700 grams lighter as it was slightly over the limit. Decent and sensible members of staff allow for a margin. But this is EASYJET. Horrible atitude from this person, also cowardly hiding her emoyee badge.

A remarkable solution and very helpful!

I was dreading having to make a series of complicated changes to several EasyJet return flights. Some but not all passengers required re booking returns. The agent was quick, clearly understood what was required and handled all the re-booking with speed and clarity. I was impressed!
