Ebay is very bad when charging money…

Ebay is very bad when charging money from the buyers and sellers, charged me twice of postage labels when I received an amount of selling one item, holding the other amount which belongs to the second item sold.

This was a very disappointing shopping experience on eBay.

The seller’s listing clearly stated that the item would be shipped within 3d, but it took nearly a week before any tracking information was updated. I contacted the seller, but the responses were very slow and there was never a proper explanation for the shipping delay. What frustrated me even more was the after-sales service. I requested a return because there was an issue with the item, but it took several rounds of communication before the seller reluctantly agreed. On top of that, I was told to pay for the return shipping myself, even though the problem was clearly not my fault. That is simply not acceptable. Overall, this was a very poor experience, a waste of time and energy!

Kept being charged for months after…

Kept being charged for months after cancelling subscription, which I was also charged, because I didn’t deactivate listings. eBay is robbing people. Dishonest company.

SELLERS BE WARNED

Ebay is heavily weighted against sellers by allowing a "no returns" listing but, upon a buyer's claim, instantly instructs sellers to refund $$ plus pay return postage, all sellers' entreaties alleging buyer's remorse ignored. I'll cancel my seller's account because there's not a level referee or ombudsman at eBay, only Artificial Intelligence. Any sellers appeals are denied by algorithm. Ebay wins, no matter what. psfrankj1255.

Ebay Holding Seller Funds.Consumer has paid for an item in…

Pathetic Customer Service for Sellers from Ebay.Consumer has paid for an item in January, Ebay has deducted their commission, listing fees etc, etc nearly $300 on my profile but has not paid me the balance of just over $1500. Several calls to Ebay Customer No Service has given No satisfaction.

I purchased an item which Ebay claims…

I purchased an item which Ebay claims was delivered on 28th January at 10.39am. I was at work, I don't have a porch and my neighbours were also at work! Ebay and the seller are unable to provide any documentation for their so called "simple delivery" no tracking / no proof of posting, nothing! Both the seller and Ebay have however, refused to refund me for their negligence.

Terrible - just like biden

Every time ive sold somwthing on ebay in the last 10 years or more , always comes with extra prices , extra fees and inconvience .Ebay customer support really sucks ass unless your the buyer , and the inflation went up so much between 2018-2021 that if you sell anything under 25 bucks its not worth it after fees and if you sell anything over 25$ there taking so much fees out that your left with something your not making anything on , it used to be the place to sell because worldwide would see it but it appears it sucks so bad in closing my account , I would rather deal with BS from people on Facebook marketplace or offer up or throw the item out .Ebay is a big scam system unless your a buyer or you make cheap plastic . Good luck everybody ! Ebay please shut down for the sake of humanity you filthy human beins

eBay Seller Beware: ZERO Seller Protection – They Refund Buyers on Fake "Delivered" Tracking and Leave You Out of Pocket!

Appalling experience as a 10-year loyal eBay seller! Sold an item, buyer claimed faulty and returned it using eBay's label via Royal Mail. Tracking shows "delivered" on 5th February, but I NEVER received the item – nothing at my door, despite being home all day. No signature, no photo proof, no GPS, just a basic scan (likely at the depot).eBay's response? They automatically refunded the buyer in full, closed the case, and told me to chase Royal Mail or the buyer myself. Their email even listed my address with a wrong postcode (missing a letter) – sloppy and potentially the cause of any misdelivery. Royal Mail won't talk to me as the recipient, only the sender (buyer).This is disgusting: eBay has NO real seller protection in these "delivered but not received" return cases. They side with buyers every time based on weak tracking alone, even when proof is lacking. I'm out the item and the money, while the buyer keeps both. eBay punishes honest sellers and rewards scammers or lazy returns.If you're a seller, think twice – eBay will happily take from your funds or old payment methods to cover buyer refunds without evidence of actual delivery. Buyer protection is ironclad; seller protection is a joke.Avoid selling high-value items on eBay until they fix this blatant bias. 0/10 – utterly disgraceful customer service.
