Really let down by their customer service team. They advertise that someone will call you back within 24 hours, but that just doesn't happen. You can never get through to a real person. They talk about being warm and cozy, which is nice and all, but that should apply to how they treat their customers too. Good support makes a huge difference and they're missing the mark.

Can't even post a review on their site, which feels sketchy. I'm not sure how they have hundreds of reviews listed because there's no option for customers like me to actually submit feedback. Their washable silk creates so much static that the pajamas stick to your body in unflattering and uncomfortable ways. For what you're paying, you'd think the fabric would drape nicely and make you feel good wearing it. If you want washable silk, you're better off checking out other brands instead.

The actual items are great, but good luck getting anyone from their company to respond. I sent an email almost a week ago. All I got was an automated message thanking me for contacting them and saying someone would be in touch. Still waiting. I also tried calling and it just goes straight to voicemail with a message saying they'll call back. They haven't.

Pretty upset about this purchase. I got matching pajamas for everyone in my family as holiday gifts and I'm really regretting it. The material is way too thin and flimsy. After wearing them just three nights, I noticed the fabric was already starting to tear. The silk doesn't seem durable at all. Plus, their return policy is basically nonexistent. I sent photos of the damage to the company but never heard back from them.

Would give negative stars if possible. I had put a discounted item in my cart and then got an email saying I could take an additional 10% off. Problem is, there was no code included and no link provided. When I contacted customer support through their chat, they explained that sale items don't qualify for extra discounts. Then why send out that promotional email showing the exact item I was looking at? They offered to refund me 10% after my purchase as a "gesture of goodwill," but said it would take 5-7 business days. No thanks. I'm done with this company and won't be back.
