Ebony Lying Dot Con

This company is greedy and cunning. I always spent enough in every order to qualify for the 499 discount ($4.99) for shipping.(Regular minimum shipping is $8.99), AND I had attained at least 2000 points toward purchase. It will allow you 5pts per purchase ($5) - but you cannot use your points with your discounted shipping! One will cancel out the other, so basically, your points only help if your purchase is under a certain amount, and your 499 discount doesn't apply. But you'll pay $8.99 in shipping - so there you have it, the cunning greed. Concurrently, I had all these points because I had been a loyal 15 year customer. I've spent at least $5,000 or more with them in this time, seeing as I usually buy 2 wigs at a time, averaging the price at give or take 40$ per unit. So why did I order 2 wigs outside my regular purchases and get an obviously 'used' wig, having been 'returned', I assume - and they had the greedy audacity to RESALE it! I immediately took pictures, went to their return portal, but it wouldn't let me upload. I explained in email, and they just kept sending me links to the same portal. I explained to them how I had NEVER returned a wig in all the years I'd been a customer - and believe me, some I absolutely did NOT love - but up until recently, I hated the aspect of returning. I would just give things to people, relatives, or Goodwill. But times are tough now, the dollar doesn't go very far, so I decided to return - ESPECIALLY having been insulted with the purchase of a 'returned, used wig'! They told me it was my picture system. I have the top of the line android, Galaxy s25 Ultra. So I took pics with my husband's iPhone. They were slow to respond. Then they sent us to another portal. I decided to take my problem to a PayPal dispute. I received the total amount of both wigs, $91.97. Stop playin' with folks, Ebony Lying Dot Con!!!

I don’t know why I didn’t went through…

I don’t know why I didn’t went through the review before my purchase I bought a hair extension on March 13 th it supposed to receive it on March 16th i never received it the keep saying , that the left it in mailroom I checked everywhere nothing and now I realize that I am not the only one victim please don’t buy products through that

Do not order from Ebonyline!!

Bought 2 wigs that were too small for my head. Ebonyline would not take back wigs because the package was opened and the wigs were tried on. According to their policy even if package was unopened and wigs were not opened, they will take back wigs minus 20 percent restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. Neither do they provide shipping labels. By the time you get refunded, so much has been deducted that it's not worth the trouble returning to them perfectly good unopened wigs that they can resell for full price. Note that even if they send you wrong item, they won't make it right because you have to open the package to see that it's the wrong item. I will never order from them again and suggest you look elsewhere. If ordering online, please read the return policy first so that you don't get scammed. You've been warned!

Buyers Beware!

I purchased a wig from this company and paid extra for missing, returns, etc. I was given a tracking number through Amazon Logistics. Amazon showed that the package was delivered, but it didn’t state an address or anything as to where it was delivered. I contacted this Company to let them know that I did not receive this order. Customer Service showed no interest in trying to get this resolved. There’s no telephone number to reach them. Only by email and Customer Service was not helpful. So now I’m out of my money and product. I will never do business with this company again!!!

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

They sent me the wrong order and will not refund my money they want me to send the package back at my expense and my guess but not trying to offer me my money back for their mistake they're the one that sent the wrong order and the customer service is bad they barely even chatting that with me

Make sure you have lots of time

I ordered a wig yesterday March 12th. I paid for the wig to be at my address in two days & they would send me an email. Haven't heard from the company. I tried doing the live chat & texting back & forth which didn't work. The company said my email address & order number didn't exist. Finally I told them they get people money & don't deliver; also I will never order anything from them never. If I didn't need it I wouldn't never order

I ordered the last two of a wig I like…

I ordered the last two of a wig I like they had it delivered by some new delivery company called Amazon Logistics. Never got it it left my package outside my apartment building never buzzed me no refund just money wasted. Never shopping online any more can not trust delivery anymore

HASSEL FREE WIG SCAM

I have purchased wigs from Ebonyline for years love the wigs and prices that they offer their customers. However the company just recently stated offering a NO HASSEL return on up to 3 wigs per order for an additional $1.98. I paid the money and when I tried emailing them about the return of two wigs I got NO response from Ebonyline. I just want other customers to know not to pay the FEE FOR THE RETURN, TOTAL SCAM all for $2.00. SHAME ON YOU EBONYLINE.

Deeply Frustrated and Disappointed

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with both their return process and what I believe to be misleading advertising regarding their products.I purchased a wig from their company based on the way it was presented online. However, when the item arrived, it did not match the appearance or expectations created by the advertisement. As a result, I promptly followed their return instructions. I submitted the online return request and uploaded two clear photos showing the wig in pristine condition with the original tags still attached. At no point did their instructions specify exactly what the photos needed to display.To my surprise, my request was denied because the item was allegedly not shown in its original packaging. The email stated: The item must be in the original packaging and the box it came in. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since the product was shipped in a pink envelope--not a box. After the denial, I attempted to resolve the issue through their chat support, but the response time was unreasonable. I then followed up via email, explaining the situation. To eliminate any doubt, I attached an additional photo showing the wig in its original packaging along with the pink shipping envelope. Despite this, I was asked yet again to restart the process and resubmit multiple photos that had already been provided both through the online system and within the email thread. This repeated request is, unnecessarily, time-consuming and extremely frustrating.At this point, I decided to donate the wig to a cancer patient rather than continue navigating a process that feels unnecessarily complicated. They do not need to worry about future purchases from me. While my individual decision may not impact their company financially, I will no longer support a business whose return process does not reflect the “Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges” service for which I paid additional fees. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to believe that the promise is misleading. I also intend to share my experience, truthfully, with friends and family so they can make informed purchasing decisions.As Proverbs 11:1 (MSG) states: God hates cheating in the marketplace; he loves it when business is aboveboard.I will trust God to handle the rest.
