very bad, cant even track my order saying the tracking number invalid. In orders on site still dont updated its ship right now its still ready to ship, i will recieved the product but site holy shit

Smooth and efficient
I didn't realise buyer was part of the Fraser group. I know that they are not good employers and I don't want to reward bad employers.Nevertheless this doesn't mean the workers and employees don't do their best. The purchasing process was very smooth and efficient.

Ebuyer can't be trusted, dishonest.
Purchased a Gaming PC using TopCashBack to get a £6.72 discount on the almost £1000 order. Ebuyer took the order but refused the cashback. It seems stupid to offer a tiny percentage in cashback for a sale then refuse to pay up. All it has done taught me that Ebuyer can not be trusted and lost me as a customer for life, and they gained this negative review and my recommendation to friends and family to not use them all over just £6.72.

Excellent service
I always come back to EBuyer as their service is second to none and their prices are very competitive. I ordered my new laptop on 10 March and expected it on 16 March. However, it was an unexpected surprise when it arrived on 14 March.
