The website has too many bugs
I use - or try to use - Education.com's worksheets and lessons for homeschooling my son.The website has too many bugs and we only just started using it! So I paid $119 to be frustrated. I contacted support and the CSR did *try* to help, but they can't fix a broken website.The sound - can't be turned off. Like any other website if you click on the speaker icon and turn the sound all the way down, you'll see an "X" and it's supposed to be muted. But it's not. Every move you make, every link you click, there's a stupid sound. And I shouldn't have to turn my laptop's sound off in order to turn off the sounds from one website. There is no global sound setting. In fact there's really very few settings to begin with.The text on the interactive worksheets is ridiculously small. There are included controls to zoom in or out. Unfortunately when you zoom in to make the text even close to readable, the text box makes the text overflow outside the box. In other words, the Developers don't know enough to also increase the size of the containing box.And speaking of boxes....all interactive worksheets are confined to the center 50-60% of the screen. Hello? 1990 called and they want their layout back....I'm just done with Education.com. If I wanted to be this pissed off I'd send my son back to public school.UPDATE: Thank you, I got a PRORATED REFUND of roughly 50% credited back, not the FULL REFUND the response from Education.com claimed. Which I'm fine with, even though we only used Education.com for a little over a month. I also know that we were outside of the refund window, so I was happy to get any credit.

100% scam website(education.com)
education.com is 100% scam website, dont buy using credit or debit card, without knowing you, website will detecting money from your card, card is also unable top remove website, auto-revewal is also cant stop. education.com is 100% scam website. Dont waste your money.

Fraud and Scam
Fraud and Scam. This Website SOMEHOW got a hold of my Credit Card info despite me never providing it to them and randomly charged me 17 dollar amount. I never signed up for their services and they straight up just Stole My Card. I contacted my bank and the FTC and will look in to filing a police report. This website should be investigated by Law Enforcement.

I requested to cancel my account due to lack of resources. I saw the money taken from my account again this year. They are scammers don't go near them . Very bad customer service and buyers beware

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They have been taking money out of my account illegally. I did not authorize this company to take out monthly payments. They have taken money from me since July 2024. I had the basic free plan, so why am I getting charged $15.99 every month. There's no way to cancel membership with them under account settings. It's all a scam. Currently, seeking legal advice because I want all of my money refunded back to me.

As with everyone else, I cancelled a paying subscription months ago, they are still billing me, this is a scam company that steals your money, I will be filing a petty claims suit against them if they don't cancel ASAP.

not even a 1 star but it doesn't give…scam
not even a 1 star but it doesn't give me that option.I got scammed out of $119.88, I never ordered anything. somehow they got my credit card number.they only reply by email {Red Flag} I was told they couldn't locate my information.Update, they reached out to me and made things right. They send money back to my account and cancel the account.
