Elementor's support service has deteriorated significantly.
I have been using Elementor for several years and have always been very satisfied with its customer service.But now things have changed significantly. For over a week, they have been offering me 'friendly advices' on how to perform basic actions and asking extremely stupid questions. For example, today they asked me for the name of the pop-up that is causing the problem, even though the bug itself and the name of the pop-up were described in detail in the support ticket. What's more, the day before, they had sent it to me as a screenshot in yet another blah, blah, blah email.Either the Elementor support team is staffed by complete idiots who don't read support tickets and previous correspondence, or they are simply stalling in the hope that I will tire of their unwillingness to solve the problem and leave them alone.

Fast Support and Easy Interface
Elementor has been a solid tool for building and customizing my website. The features are intuitive, flexible, and make designing pages much easier. What really impressed me, though, was the support—Priya from the customer service team assisted me quickly and professionally. She resolved my issue faster than expected and made the whole process smooth. Great product and great support!

I never leave reviews but they deserve it. Genuinely the best plugin for Wordpress. The Elementor One subscription is worth it, especially if your an agency that values response times from support. Worth every penny.

8+ good years, now worthless
8+ years as a user, know they are too far behind. I purchased Elementor AI for 191 Euros which is a lot compared to an annual subscription to Lovable, Claude, Cursor or some other very capable Vibe coding tool. Elementor will sell you this subscription even though their support agents admit that it has major bugs and does not work. For instance it cannot crawl other websites which they state that it can. In my home market this would illegal and if they would be based in my home market they would be fined for their deceitful marketing.I have asked them several times to at least restore my credits but they have stopped answering my emails. Their paid influencers on Youtube will not tell you this either. They will do a bug workaround so that you will not notice that this feature does not work.Note that I have yet again submitted a customer support ticket so they can fix this but they will probably ignore me until they read this for everyone to read, then they will answer *surprise*.

Never ending suck…
Tried to reinstall my purchased theme that was already a ‘scam’ purchase as had a limited version of elementor. Was not able to reinstall as core and footer missing and only available when purchase or renew service. It’s their only purpose to suck up money of us. Oh so bad repetition! AVOID
