Element Vape sold counterfeit…
ELEMENT VAPE sold and I received counterfeit vape e-liquid. I contacted the customer service regarding the product and problem. The bottles I received were clearly counterfeit and compromised, thus unsafe for consumption. The bottles arrived with no plastic seal and the child proof cap seal was broken clearly indicating the bottles had been opened/compromised. Even with that, I attempted to verify the authenticity of the product and unsurprisingly I was unable to authenticate. Rather than provide appropriate customer service ELEMENT VAPE refused to assist and simply told me to contact the manufacturer (what?!! They should’ve done that!!) nor did Element Vape offer return/refund. When I requested a return/refund on the counterfeit products I received rather than remedy the matter, Element Vape refused. ELEMENT VAPE is comfortable to put consumer safety at risk (as counterfeit products are not FDA approved and law enforcement has warned of Carfentanil contamination) and would rather make a few bucks. ELEMENT VAPE refused my return/refund request siting that ELEMENT VAPE does not warranty e-liquid. This is not about a warranty, this is about keeping consumers safe by as a reseller/retailer verifying their products are genuine even if they have been made by a real manufacturer. There are steps outlined for resellers/retailers to take to authenticate the products they are selling. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE - ELEMENT VAPE has complete disregard for customer safety and is willing to violate FDA compliance to make a buck! ELEMENT VAPE is not only not reputable but by their actions and inactions a threat to the safety of consumers.

Beware of doing business with Element Vape
For the second time Element Vape has failed to deliver my order. It is still sitting in a warehouse belonging to Speedex near the point of sale.This will be the LAST TIME I ever do business with EV.They refuse to acknowledge their egregious business practice and continue to keep money in their pockets for goods that go "un-delivered". Am thinking of filing a Fraud/Theft report.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. This company had no problem taking my $58.60 instantly, but apparently shipping the product I paid for is too much to ask. Order #11083417808 was placed on February 8, 2026, and days later my package is STILL just sitting at a SpeedX facility in Torrance, CA doing absolutely nothing.Tracking hasn’t shown real movement, there’s been no communication, no explanation, and no urgency. Holding a customer’s package hostage after taking their money is shady business practice, plain and simple. Customers shouldn’t have to babysit tracking numbers wondering if their order is ever going to leave a warehouse.If you enjoy wasting money, waiting around with no answers, and dealing with companies that clearly don’t respect their customers, then this is the service for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and order from literally ANYWHERE else.I will not be ordering from this company again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting them with their money.

Horrible horrible
Horrible horrible! These people are absolute scam artists. They used to be a good decent company but now they’re just off their rocker. First off they chose to partner with a carrier who’s a known scam artist. Speedx. Unfortunately, the fact that speedx was being used was not disclosed on the website. They should at least give a warning and let you choose if you want to take the risk. So speedx does to my package what they always do (just look at their reviews it’s the same story every time)- marked “out for delivery” so I stayed home so I could sign for the package- no one showed up lol. 5 days in a row! Eventually it just got returned to sender- to element vape. Element says they will NOT refund me for the shipping cost OR the adult signature fee I paid for, despite both services not being rendered. The delivery driver chose to not deliver my package and no one performed the adult signature service. Instead of element vape filing a claim with THEIR contracted carrier, and recouping those fees, and apologizing for the experience — they’re putting this cost and stress onto their customer. So- I give element vape my money. I sit at home for a week to sign for the package. Someone decided not to deliver it. Now I don’t get the products and I walk away with less money than I had before. No lol. You’re supposed to make your customers whole when a transaction fails! Filed a chargeback. Which I NEVER do. Hope they get a big fat bank fee, too.

I have been using element vape for a couple of years I love there selection and I am like a kid in a candy shop over what they offer, always quick shipping and what I ordered, never had to call them so no idea on that
