Fantastic Customer Services
I received my order but I was expecting a free gift, however, it did not come with my order. I contacted Customer Services and received a response very promptly with confirmation that the free gift would be sent separately (and I received an order confirmation to affirm this). This has restored my faith that there are still companies out there who still believe in great customer service.

Forgot to put code in for a free gift…
Forgot to put code in for a free gift when I placed an order. After contacting Elemis to explain they quickly gifted me an alternative free gift as the one on offer originally was not available.Great service, was not expecting a positive response to be honest beings it was my fault to begin with by not putting in the code

Excellent service provided
