Great selection and amazing quality.
First they have anything and everything. The quality is second to none. I have 15 different models and 2 more on the way. I've been working exclusively with the sales manager Sanny. she's been amazing. Any question any or concerns she get back to me in a day if not sooner. I think the website is wonderful, and I highly recommend giving something they have a try. You will not be disappointed. I would like to thank the team for there patience, persistence and expertise.

A trustworthy merchant for certain !
I placed an order for the M16A engine several months ago. It shipped with no problem and made it to the states to the hands of the last mile carrier for final delivery. The driver for the final delivery placed my package in a questionable location and it was stolen. After contacting the merchant (Lucas at EngineDIY) and contacting the last mile delivery company, EngineDIY replaced my stolen parcel. There was some waiting time involved and some initial question as to if replacement would happen but, it did. I now have the engine that I purchased and I am a happy customer. After some thought, I realized that there must be some processing time involved in the replacement process for a stolen package. EngineDIY is a good company to deal with. Don't be afraid to make a purchase from them, they are legit and I will buy from them again.

Cison Starter Bracket
Cison Starter BracketWhen I initially purchased the Cison V8s, I wanted to go brushless starter motors. I was concerned that the brackets may need to be modified for the new motors to work. I ordered two new brackets. The conversion was very simple and the brackets did not require any modifications. These brackets are the same ones that come with the Cison pro V8. I will be getting the brackets powder coated in the future. The shipping was fast from Enginediy and the brackets were packaged very well.

Great shipment & tracking, and excellent customer service.
My initial shipment was missing some items, but customer support was quick to fix the issue and had the other items shipped asap. Both shipments moved through the mail system quicker than expected, and had tracking that updated regularly so I knew when to keep an eye out for the delivery. The items themselves are great quality and look beautiful. Very happy with the purchase.

It started off bad… but.
My ultimate retirement gift to myself was the “Rocking Whale” RW-BL1K steam engine. Received the engine to discover that the kit was missing two extremely vital components. It was simple to e-mail a representative and in a reasonable amount of time, the parts were sent to me. My thanks to Lucas for helping me and keeping me informed during this process. This incident demonstrated excellent customer support. Thanks!

High quality company and products.
What a company to deal with, simply perfect! Ordering and delivery were pretty quick. As for the product, excellent quality, so are the instructions. Despite the fact I purchased a level 5 engine and this was my first one, I had no issues at all. All credits to EngineDIY!
